I was sitting at my desk in the front office of C & H inter-prizes typing in a schedule for one of the new interns when the bell on the desk dinged. I glanced up to see Killian Jones. One of the higher up reps.
"Mourning Mr. Jones." I greeted keeping the sigh from exacting my lips.
"Mourning Ms. Swan. I was wondering if you'd like to go out for a drink after work?" His accent annoyed me.
"Sorry Mr. Jones I don't drink." He leaned on the counter. His new suit jacket moving with his arms.
"Well then how bout a nice dinner at the Italian restaurant that just opened up last week?" He offered a smile. I typed a few more things before sending it to the printer. I sighed and placed my glasses on top of my head and smiled at him.
"You know I think I was quiet clear last time you asked me out. I'm not interested nor will I ever be." He raised a brow.
"Well Swan when I take you on a date it won't because I made you it will because you realize you actually like me. Then you'll be telling your friends about me." I rolled my eyes.
"When I go out and talk with my friends about you, I don't tell them a lie of how much I like you. Quiet the opposite actually." He frowned slightly. "We talk about how you might have to turn gay to get some one remotely interested in you besides the sex so good day to you Mr. Jones I have work to do." I stood up from my desk and grabbed my clip board and pen. "Ms. Lucas will you watch my desk please I have to get the new interns a session." The brunette nodded smirking. I know that tonight we will be laughing so hard at this.
I walked to the elevator and pressed the third floor. As the door was about to close a suit case stopped it. The door opened again and a pretty brunette with mocha eyes stepped in wearing a red dress. I kept my eyes away from her as she situated herself.
"Hi." She said. I glanced to her.
"Mourning." I said watching the floors.
"Where do you work here?" She asked trying to make conversation. But I could barely focus because her voice was so perfect.
"Front desk. I'm on my way to work with the new interns and give them their places." She nodded. "You?"
"I'm here to visit my mother because she wants me to work here." I looked at her confused that when I saw the features.
"Your Mr. and Mrs. Mills daughter?" I asked surprised. I knew they had two daughters I met what must be her older sister Zelena.
"Yes Regina Mills." She held her hand out and we shook hands right before the door opened. I smiled and left the elevator quickly. I couldn't be interested in my possibly new boss. Won't work no way no how. I worked to hard for this job.Later that day I was sitting at my desk when I smelt familiar perfume behind me.
"You know if you're going to sneak up on me Zelena you shouldn't wear the same perfume each time." I smirked.
"Oh come on!" She complained. I finished up my things before logging out for lunch. She spun my chair around.
"Now how about lunch?" She asked. I smirked.
"Lunch? Is that what we are calling it now?" I grabbed my bag and took out my glasses case and placed my glasses in it before getting up. "By the way I met your younger sister Regina." I said as we walked to the front door together.
"Oh really? Oh yes I remember her saying something about taking over the company when mum and dad retired." She chuckled looping her arm in mine. Her phone buzzed.
"Who's that?" I asked pressing the crosswalk sign.
"Her actually. She wants to meet at the diner down the street. Do you mind having a third party?" She asked placing her phone back in her coat pocket.
"No of course not. She's welcome." I smiled at her as I lead her across the street. She leaned in and kissed my cheek. We both giggled.
First of all no Zelena and I are not dating we once had a one night stand and so far we've been friends ever sense. We kiss because it's not awkward but nothing more. We both agreed that it would stay a one time thing. We also played the role of girlfriends when a guy we didn't like tried to get with us or girl. Zelena swung both ways but I stayed on the woman side. Men don't arouse me like when I was in high school. I got knocked up at eighteen had a child put it up for a closed adoption. As far as I know the kid got a great family because he is no longer in the system.
We walked into the diner and sat down.
"So tell me about your sister." I said picking up the menu.
"Well she's thirty has a ten year old son named Henry. Single and as far as I know not into guys." She summed up looking through the menu as well. A few minutes later the bell to the door dinged and in walked no other than Regina.
"Oh hi I didn't expect to see you Ms."
"Swan, Emma Swan." I said smiling slightly. The red head for up and hugged her younger brunette sister before they both sat down at the table.
"I didn't know you had a friend for lunch Z." Regina said trying to hide her blush.
"I didn't? Darn. I'd forget my head if it weren't attached to my neck that's the truth." We both chuckled. "Regina I was actually on my way here with Emma when you texted. But it's alright Emma doesn't mind you joining us." Regina looked at me questioningly.
"True." I said as the waitress came over and took our orders.Btw I came up with the idea for this one while cleaning my kitchen!😂😂😂
