Chapter 7: He Was Right

I woke up this morning and made breakfast for the day I wanted to go to marks house because I knew he wouldn't come over.

I had called him about 6 times but I'm not crazy it was spread out between about 3 hours. He didn't answer any times so I decided to call again.

I picked up my phone and dialed his number. It rang and rang before I heard. "Hey this is Mark I can't come to the phone right now but I'll call you back as soon as possible." Then it ended.

I put my phone down and sighed just as Logan came in. "Whats wrong Sara?" He asked.

"Oh it's just that Mark isn't answering his phone I've been calling all day I was wanting to go over there but he isn't answering." I replied.

"Well you shouldn't have to ask he's your boyfriend just go over there and see what's up." He suggested.

I agreed and grabbed my car keys going to my car. I got in and started my car heading to Mark's house. It was a short drive before I parked in front of his house.

I looked and saw that his parents weren't home but there was an unfamiliar car next to his. I went to the door and saw it was unlocked.

"Mark?" I called.

No answer.

I heard ruffling in his room and walked towards it swinging the door open. I looked and saw him and another girl hurrying to put their clothes on.

I started at him with my mouth open in shock for a moment. He started walking towards me. I put my arm out stopping him.

"What-what are you doing Mark?" I asked, as the tears came.

"Umm I'm sorry Sara I love you." He said, trying to come at me again.

I just ran out of his house and to my car. Luckily he wasn't stupid enough to come out after me naked. I started the car and quickly left back to my house.

I couldn't see most of the way home because of all of the tears I tried to stop. I made it home and ran in and went straight to my room.

I fell into the pillow and buried my face, I felt someone sit next to me and start rubbing my back gently.

"Are you okay?" Logan asked.

"No." Was all I said.

"What happened?" He questioned.

I sat up and wiped my face off before speaking. "I went to Mark's and he wasn't answering me because he was too busy having sex with another girl." I replied, starting to cry again.

He pulled me in for a hug. "It's okay men are stupid." He said, comforting me.

"I'm so sorry I didn't listen, I was so stupid." I said, hugging him back.

"Don't be sorry at least we know he's not the only stupid one." He said chuckling.

I laughed and backed away punching his arm, realizing how big he was.

"Wow." I said blushing.

"What?" He asked.

"I just didn't know you were so strong." I said, blushing more.

"Wanna see?" He asked not waiting for my answer.

He pulled his off and flexed his arms. I gasped then looked away from embarrassment. "It's okay I know girls like this kind of stuff you don't have to be embarrassed." He said laughing.

He went beside me and wrapped his arm around me laying me down. "Just relax and try to get your mind off of it." He said, snuggling closer.

I did as he said and closed my eyes, thinking about anything but him. "Logan?" I said.

"Yeah?" He asked.

"Thank you for making me feel better." I thanked him.

"Don't thank me, it's OK." He said

I soon fell asleep.

A few days later

It had been a few days since mark cheated on me he constantly called me but I didn't answer. Even his parents called me.

I answered and explained what happened and they understood. He came over once but I don't think he will again because I opened the door and stood behind it letting Logan scare him by running from one end of the house to the door.

His face was priceless, I laughed so hard at that and so did logan. Speaking of Logan we became really close I didn't leave much because I was too busy spending time with him.

We watched shows and played a few children games which sucked because he always scared me.

I was in bed next to Logan at the moment trying to go to sleep I let him lay in bed with me until I go to sleep because he wanted to make sure in was alright, I guess.

He put his arm around me and I put my face in his chest wrapping my arm around him. I found it odd that he had a heart beat it didn't make much sense.

I feel asleep soon after that having the same nightmare.
