Chapter 19: Welcome Home

I went to the hospital everyday for the past week since Logan's been awake and someone was there everyday so I didn't have any alone time with Logan to talk. But we were both excited because today was the day that Logan got to go home with his room mates Mark Dohner and George Janko.

I walked in the hospital even though I wasn't supposed to be volunteering today and went straight to Logan's room. I walked in and he smiled at me, and so did his brother Jake.

"Hey Sara how are you?"He asked.

"I'm good how are you now that you're going home today." I replied hugging him.

"I'm so excited Mark and George came to visit me some but I can't wait to get back home." He replied.

"Hey where's your clipboard Miss Volunteer?" Jake asked.

"Oh i'm not volunteering today." I replied blushing, waiting for his sly comment.

"Oh I see what's going on I'm gonna go to the bathroom." He said winking like 20 times at Logan.

I laughed as did Logan and I sat down next to him. "Hey?" I said awkwardly.

"Hey, it's nice to have some alone time huh?" He asked grabbing my hand.

I smiled and held his hand back. "I missed you." I said, for the millionth time.

"I missed you too. But now I know when we stopped talking and I came back why you were so scared." He said.

"Well it was scary I didn't know what to do I didn't know you were real then Bam I saw you in the hospital." I replied.

The doctor walked in the room before he could reply.

"Alright I got everything worked out I just need you to sign these papers and you can go home Mr. Paul." He said, handing Logan a clipboard and a pen.

He took it and signed the paper, the doctor said goodbye then closed the curtains so Logan could change.

"Oh did you want me to leave?" I asked.

"Not if you don't want to." He said winking.

I laughed then got up and went to the door. "I keep a lookout." I said, causing us both to laugh.

I walked out of the room and saw Jake coming and greeted him. "Hey good news the doctor came and now Logan can go home." I said.

"Oh that's great, What is he doing." He asked.

"Hes in his room changing into the clothes you brought him." I replied.

We sat in the chairs and waited for Logan.

"So how did you and Logan meet?" He asked.

"Oh we met when he woke up." I said, trying to hide my face so he wouldn't see the lie all over it.

"oh that's cool he talks about you a lot that's why I was wondering." He replied.

"Oh he does?" I asked slightly blushing.

"Yeah like a lot."

Just then the door opened and Logan came out ready to go. "Alright can you take me home now so I can shower and brush my teeth." He said, with a gross face.

"Yeah or if you want Sara can take you if she wants to go to your house just a suggestion." He said winking again.

"Okay sure, Sara will you please give me a ride." He asked.

"Yeah sure." I replied standing up.

we all walked out to the parking lot, Logan said goodbye to Jake then we got in my car and went to Logan's house. "So do you know the way because I sure don't?" I asked.

"Yeah go left up here." He directed me.

After a while of Logan directing me we finally made it to his house and he took my hand leading me to his apartment. we went up a flight of stairs and down a few hallways before we made it then Logan ran in screams. "Where are my homies?" Then two men came running towards him and almost tackled him to the ground.

"Hey whose your friend?" The tan one asked.

"This is Sara Sanders, Sara this is George Janko and this is Mark Dohner my roommates." He introduced me.

"Hey nice to meet you." I politely said to them.

"Nice to meet you too." They both said.

Logan took me to his room and said hello to his bird which I could tell he had missed. He was a parrot names Mavric and he had a lot of paintings with Mavric on them, so I knew they were close.

"This is Mavric, Mavric say hi to my girlfriend. I mean my friend that's a girl." He said smiling at me.

He was so cute he had his own way of flirting it seems but it was adorable.

"Hey Mavric." He squawked like he was about to kill me, and I screamed, which made Logan laugh.

He let me set on his bed and took his shirt off before heading to the bathroom. He didn't smell which is why I wasn't sure why he needed a shower I don't think they wouldn't shower him every now and them but if I was in a coma I guess I would want one too.

I sat on his bed waiting for him to come back I saw his phone sitting on his dresser probably from one of his roommates bringing it back. I layed down on his bed and it was really comfortable it was also pretty late at night so I was trying not to fall asleep.

Logan's P.O.V

I stepped out of the shower and started drying off, it felt so good to take a shower after so long I felt dirty and now I felt refreshed. I started slipping on my clothes I didn't want to make Sara uncomfortable so I put short on over my boxers but remained shirtless.

When I walked out I saw her lying on my bed asleep and laughed a little, I slowly moved her off the blanket so I could cover her with it. I got into bed beside her and put the blanket over her trying not to wake her.

"Goodnight Sara."

"Goodnight Logan."

"Oh I thought you were asleep." I said smiling.

She turned over and wrapped her arms around me. "Nope."

I smiled again and put my arm around her pulling her closer to me softly placing my lips on hers.
