I enter the castle through the maiden's entrance. There are more guards now. I wonder if its because the Prince is in town. I walk towards the cellar door, the place where we would meet everyone. I see Robin blue eyes shine through the helmet he stole from a guard. The rest of the gang shows up in their disguises. We take off our costumes, replacing them with our normal clothes and throw them into a shadowy corner. We quietly walk around the castle, looking around for any signs of activity.

"Meet me by the strong room, I need to go see Marian." Says Robin.

We all nod, watching as Robin runs down the hall. We slowly make our way to the castle, watching out for an guards. Before you know it we hear footsteps and voices echo among the halls.

"Robin Hood, stole from me! I thought you said you had him taken care of." Says Prince John, his voice stern.

" I sent my commander to take care of the job sire. If its anyone to punish its him." Excuses the Sheriff.

We all look at each other, knowing we will be caught in the middle of the hall. Everyone hides in the shadows. I hide behind a coat of armor that was near by, watching the two evil men.

"We will stop him my lord. Now that your here, Robin Hood should be more easy to come out." plans the Sheriff.

"Yes I guess you're right."

They walk past us, not even bothering to notice the eyes watching them. Once they are a safe distance away we all step out from our hiding places.

"That's a plan waiting to happen." says Much who stares into the direction the men went into.

"I wonder what's going to happen?" wonders Will.

"Whatever it is we need to leave now." orders Little John.

"I agree to that." I say, "But what about Robin?'

"He'll have to get out on his own. He will notice something is wrong once he sees we are not at the strong room door." says Will

"I know the castle well and I know what room Marian is in. Ill go get him. We'll meet you guys at camp." I say, staring to walk the direction of Marian's room.

I walk away without any more questions asked. I walk calmly across the hall, up a flight of stairs and down the hall where the guests stay. I hear Guy talking through the door to Marian. I hide in the darken stairway, listening.

"Marian.. I need to come in. " Pleads Guy.

"You can not come in Guy. I'm sorry." Marian responds.

"Marian.. I am told by the Sheriff to escort you to meet the Prince."

"I can't leave Guy, I do not feel well."

"Then let me come in and check for you are not coming down with anything serious."

"No Guy. Please leave me to rest."

"Very well. But I will be back."

Guy starts walking towards the staircase I am hiding in. He walks quite quickly, not being used to being rejected. He's angry so much he doesn't notice me or that I stole his corn purse. I swiftly walk towards the door where Marian's voice went through. I lean against the door, taking a breathe. I let out a Robin's call, letting my sibling know its me.

"It's Raven. Let her in." I hear my brother say.

The door opens and I walk in, seeing Robin looking at me confused.

"What's going on?" he asks.

"The Sheriff is planning something. I suggest we leave now.' I say looking at him.

"Alright." Says Robin, collecting his bow.

"Nice to see you again Marian." I say as I pass her.

"Nice to see you too." She says.

Robin gives her a kiss before we exit the room. We start jogging towards the courtyard when.

"Outlaws in the castle! Block all the exits!"

"Great.." I say, looking at my sibling for a plan.

"We need to get out of here. Now!" Say Robin, jumping through an opening that leads to the court yard.

I follow his as we hit the ground running. We sprint towards the closing gate, watching it as it comes closer and closer to the ground. We look at each other, applying the last of our speed to try and get through the gate. I stop myself just in time, right before the gate closes down on us. Robin and I jump backwards, watching the chances of freedom slowly fade. We turn around to see guards running towards us, The Sheriff and the Prince looking down at us from above.

"Robin.. We need to get out of here before we get surrounded." I say.

"I know."

We draw our swords and start running to the side, jumping through an open door and climbing steps. We hear the guards follow behind us. We are almost at the top when.

"You're not leaving now." Says Guy, his sword draw and blocking the exit of the staircase.
The guards block the other way down. We are surrounded in a narrow passage. The light in the end of the tunnel is consumed by darkness. I fight of Guards as Robin fight Guy, each of us leaning on each others back. I switch with Robin, blocking Guys sword hits with mine. Robin fights off guards, slowly we lose our strength with each falling guard. We switch again, this time I'm fighting off more experienced guards. I hear a dropping of metal. I turn to see Robin pinned against the wall, Guys sword pressed against his neck.

"Stop or your brother dies." Guy demands.

l look at my helpless brother, throwing my swords on the ground and putting my hands above my head. I feel the guards grab at my arms and pinning them behind me. I start walking quite quickly. Robin following me in the sane conditions. We past the Sheriff and the Prince each smiling proudly. They push us down the stairs to where the jailer waits us.

"Time to cage theses birds ya?" he jokes.
He takes Robin by one arm, putting it into a comfortable angle. The guard walks me to my cell. Not caring at all he throws me into it. Luckily I stay on my feet. I jump at the closing door, trying to prevent it from caging me. The guard laughs. I lean against the cell bars, watching the keys swing on the jailers hip. I turn my attention to the sound of two footprints coming down the steps. Of course it is the last to people I want to see.

"Ah the birds are caged again." snickers the Sheriff.

"Cages don't hold wild birds." I spit back.

"Right, that's why you both shall hang tomorrow. The whole sorry family hanging together. Ha!" laughs the Sheriff again, in my face.

Prince John looks at the both of us, Robin leaning against the back wall while I stand close to the door.

"Your rain of justice has gone on for too long. I will be watching your hanging. Be proud. You got the attention of a royal." He says, starting to walk away from us.

"Jailer, no food or water for them." says the Sheriff.

"Yes sire."

I walk around my cell. I hate being caged up. I look at Robin in the other cell, doing his countless pulls ups. I lean against a wall, thinking.

"We're not going to die you know." I hear Robin say.

"I know."

I look up at him, he leans sits down on a small stool in the middle of the floor. He looks uncertain but it seems he is trying to form a plan. My eyes seem to be more cool than before. The flame has gone out.
