Mk so i've put a lot of thought into this and i've decided that idgaf what you ship. If you ship incest then fine i dont care. if you ship like pedophelia like a child with an adult then fine whatever i really couldn't care less

because like its not gonna hurt me if you like those pairings. unless you're shoving it in my face, i may never even know that you ship it.

the reason that this "matters" is because su fandom is a heaping pile of shit that needs to be stopped.

the shipping wars are intense. theres the laperithyst (aka lapithyst, lapidot, and amedot) sector where everyone is arguing over which fictional gay space rock should be with the other fictional gay space rock

like i understand if you're emotionally attached to a character or if you dont like a character, but thats no reason to hate other people for shipping them? why would you hate someone simply because they like something that you don't, or that they don't like the thing that you like? it doesnt make sense??

another thing is that pearl is a very canonly lesbian character and she only had love for rose, but people ship her anyway bc thats just what people do. and the discourse here is that:

people are allowed to ship pearl with garnet, amethyst, bismuth, jasper, but not mayor dewey or greg because thats 'lesbian erasure'
