Chapter 15.5 Let the games begin!!

Halftime.....all is tired. Earth Eleven must tighten the defense to stop the opponent from scoring.

Ishido came along to the team to coach them," Come on, don't leave the opponent's forwards open. They'll have a chance to shoot. Anyway, your shoot techniques are going well. Keep it up."

The Earth Eleven nodded to agree. They have a water break too, so they drank the amounts of water and energy drinks to replenish back their stamina.

Tsurugi approached Yara and talked about their plans as both of them are forwards.

"Your performance a while ago wasn't bad, but I think you should double your roles this time." He suggested.

"Double my roles? Cool..." Yara hummed. "But why? I mean, we're complete in each player."

"You see, " The male glanced at the defenders on their benches, "The Sandorius Eleven we fought back then weren't the same now, and our defenders have a little difficulty in catching up. Assisting them might give them a push to fight."

"Hmm, you're right. I'll take your suggestion."

"That's good to hear."

"Oh, anyway, I hope to see you again shoot in this game. Your shoots are so awesome. Goodluck, Tsurugi-kun!" Yara smiled as she gets back to her position.

"Yeah sure..." He muttered silently.

The buzzer rings again. Its the sign that the second half will start. Score's 1-2, and the possession is on Sandorius Eleven

"Regi, go dribble down and shoot." Kazerma ordered.

"Shindou-san, guard him!"

"Yes!"

Shindou ran toward him, but Regi used his hissatsu to get past through him underground. He passed it to another teammate, and he headed for a shot.

"Let's see..." Ibuki said under his breath, "Wild Dunk!"

His force and hissatsu was enough to stop the shoot.

"Whoa!! The Earth's goalkeeper nailed it!" The game commentator said.

"Nice one, Ibuki!" Shindou said, running.

He simply gave him a thumbs up as a reply.

The Earth Eleven is still to one. Manabe thought of a strategy that may give them 2 points at one time to give the lead.

"Captain, I knew a way." Manabe said.

"What is it?"

"Remember what have we done to the Storm Wolf last 2 years ago? That strategy might do to this."

"Hm....you're right."

"I already liked to do it right now." Said Tsurugi.

"Come on Earth Eleven, the 2 point strategy!!"

((Tenma you're so loud--))

The Sandorius Eleven went confused.

"What? 2 point strategy?" Bandai raised his brow.

"It doesn't matter anymore. Though I think they're aiming for 2 points, so we have to guard them tightly." Gobira replied.

The Earth Eleven started working. Once they dribbled, they aimed to shoot first because that is a first big step. Shindou dribbled intensely and passes to Yara.

"Block this! Double Gust!!"

"Sand Knock!!"

Kazerma was about to go for the ball but Kusaka made it bounce to the possession of Earth Eleven again by the catch of Sakura. The third step will start.

"Konoha!" Sakura called and passed.

Kazerma clicked his tongue. "So this is what they plan. Sandorius Eleven, don't let them pass!"

"Leaf Roll!"

Konoha got past to Regi and gives it to Tsurugi. (Yess!! The second consecutive shot!!)

"Death Drop!!"

"Sand Knock!!" The block attempt failed.

"What consecutive shots!! The Earth Eleven has the lead with the score of 3-2!"

Kazerma warms the Sandorius Eleven for a while.

"Don't worry, we have to score one to win this one."

He knew that they wouldn't win to this because he knew that they were stronger than them but he'll try. Its their turn.

"Come on Duff!" Namiba said and passed to him.

Duff is passing to Tetsukado, although, he is guarding on another way, making a space for the enemy.

"Tetsukado-san! On your left!" Yara called.

Time's not enough for him to switch directions, so Yara took the part of chasing after him and stealing the ball from the back.

"That was close!" Tetsukado said. "Thanks, Yara-chan."

Losing a chance, Sandorius switched on the defensive play and guarded the forcing Earth Eleven. Soon, the ball was stolen from Sakura.

They instantly go ahead for the goal and shoot. "Dust Javelin!"

"Wild Dun-" Ibuki failed to stop it, thus the Sandorius earned a point, 3-3.

The Earth Eleven passed the ball to their Captain who was running towards the opposite goal. (Tenma's shooting time!!) But before he could shoot, it looks like Kazerma is challenging him. Soul by soul.

"I haven't seen your soul before. Can you battle with me with that?" Kazerma asked.

Tenma smiled, "Why not?":

The both summoned their soul. Dohma versus thePegasus. Sounds cool right? They're fighting for the ball. As expected, the Pegasus wins, by flying over the Dohma.

"God's Wind!!!"

"Sand Knock!!" Bandai then failed for the last time.

The buzzer rings and signs that it is the end of the game. The first win in GCG was the Earth Eleven's match again the Sandorius.

"Congrats, Earth Eleven." Kazerma muttered.
