Rebecca Samrian was what you would call a "rich girl", a "daddys princess" or even "spoilt brat". The same could be said for her older brother Luke. They were also what you would call "popular" and "cliché high school cheerleader and jock"
Rebecca had her hair dyed pinkish red with her fathers blue eyes to meanwhile her brother had his hair dyed dark red with his mothers green eyes. They were almost perfect, cute haistyles, cute freckles, lovely face structure.
One would think that they would be enjoying life, but at the current moment Rebecca wished she'd jumped off a bridge and Luke wanted to jump out their car.
Why you ask?
They were going to a summer camp, they had never been to camp and their parents decided it would help bring them down to earth.
"Hey 'becca" Rebecca looks up from the window,
"Yeah , what is it?" She replyes , bored out of her mind, before the drive, her parents had taken all their electronics, so they had nothing to do.
"You gonna be okay? I know you hate the outdoors."
"I dunno , I'll see when we get there."
"If you say so."
They lapse into silence once again, but it doesn't last long.
"Don't be such downers! You'll love it here, I went to here when I was a kid, I enjoyed every minute of it." That was their mother from the pasanger seat, dark blonde hair falling from her bun. Bright smile on her face.
"Yeah, yeah, whatever" Luke grumbles into his shoulder. Hair falling into his face.
"Your mother's right, it's a lovely camp, I now the mother of one of the campers, they can show you around if you need them to" their father says looking at them through the rear view mirror.
Rebecca groans inwardly "Great, a know it all camper that's gonna treat us like children, uhg!"
Judging by the look on Lukes face, Rebecca suspected that he was thinking the same thing.
The rest of the car ride passed on in silence, save for the bumpy up and downs when they hit dirt road and were the woods started.
"Ugh ,look at it, so much dirt and dead things. I cannot spend an entire month here. I wonder if I can catch the flu or a cold here. Maybe Luke and I can break each others legs or punch each other, that'll cause them to send us home, then Mom and Dad can see how-!"
Rebecca was rudely interupted from her inner monologue by her fathers voice.
"Here we are! Home for the next month, Camp Silverlake!" Her father says motioning to a old sign saying
'Welcome to Camp SilverLake!'There's a small 'parking lott', parking lott meaning a few cars lined up near next to each other in 'kind of' straight lines.
Rebecca sees a few other people getting out cars , a few adults that she suspected were the camp councelers and a few younger children moving to the forest , but she guessed it must have been the clearing the camp houses were in.
