We stared into each others eyes, not saying anything. He had amazing hazel eyes. They sparkled with happiness. I wanted to kiss him. Wait what? No. I can't. I won't. We're just friends. That would be weird. He doesn't like me like that. Plus, I'm not at a good dating age. My whole FAMILY would kill me! He reached his hand over to my face. Oh my gosh he's gonna kiss me!! I can't do this!
I stepped back and almost fell back into water. He caught me by the arm and pulled me back up to him. "Easy! I was just gonna give you the towel!" He said.
"Huh?" I looked into the hand that I thought was going to cup my face and sure enough he was holding the towel that he had brought out for me.
"Oh uh, yeah thanks. I just slipped a little." I said awkwardly rubbing my neck.
Then I felt him wrap the warm towel around my shivering shoulders. I looked up at him. "W-what about you?" I said, my teeth still chattering.
"I'm okay." He said and smiled sweetly.
"No way you're not!" I said laughing. "Here." I said and gave half the towel to him so we could share it. We walked up to the house together under our towel laughing about our dares. Then I looked down at my shirt and noticed that it was SEE THROUGH!!! Thank goodness I was wearing a bra, but I never even thought of what you happen when my light blue shirt got wet!! Ugh. This is so embarrassing. I don't think he noticed... Did he? Oh my gosh if he noticed he may just as well have seen me in my bra!!!
"You okay?" I heard Jacob say.
"Wha? Yeah, I'm fine." I said flustered.
"You sure you seem... Stressed." He asked concerned.
"Yeah I'm fine." I said and smiled.
Ok, calm down. I don't think he noticed.
"Skylar?!" I heard my brother Adam looking for me.
Ok, TIME TO PANIC!!!!!! (At the Disco... 😏)
