Nydia and I got out of the car so we can start getting all my stuff out. As I got out the car I was mixed with so much emotions mostly just being nervous of all of this happening in a blink of an eye.
"You nervous Joseph?"- Nydia ask me as she opened the car trunk
"Just a little"- I replied to her
"You barely just got here, its normal to feel like that don't worry"- she said trying to cut the vines down Keyla made
"I give props to Keyla, these vines are really well made"- I said struggling with the vines too
"Let me try something"- she said backing away and I did as well
Nydia looked at the vines and in a matter of seconds the vines snapped loose.
"There we go"- She said
"It sometimes scares me how many things you can do in a matter of seconds"- I said
"You'll be surprise"- she said
"Let me go and get registered, will you be fine moving the boxes alone?"- I said to her and she eyed at me, snapped her fingers, and the boxes started floating out of the trunk as she smirk at me.
"Show off"- I said and headed over the main lobby
Leaving Nydia doing her own thing I headed to the front desk and as per usual there was a big line there. For my surprise I saw a girl with a short pony tail, wearing a pink shirt, a white skirt with a pair pink converses that I recognized.
"Mm excuse I think the old lady line is in another place" I said poking her in the shoulder
"For your information- "she said turning around but I cut her off
"It's me!"- I said with open arms
"Oh my god Joseph!"- she said giving me a tight hug
"For a minute their Cindy, I thought you dint recognized me"- I said with a chuckle
"With those gray eyes and hair of yours, I think nobody would confuse you"- she said rubbing my hair
"I get that a lot"- I said rubbing the back of my neck
"So have you seen anyone that you recognized besides me?"- Cindy asked me
"Up until now I haven't"- I answered as we kept moving forward on the line
"Me either. But if you think about it nobody else in our past school are like us that I know off"- Cindy said and now that I think about it she's right. Not much people that we know off are in the same blood line like the rest of us.
As me and Cindy kept talking random stuff we finally got to the desk. There we're two women stiffing down organizing papers and handing them to other students. In the table there was two signs, one labeled "Returning students" and the other "New Students". The line kept moving on until it was Cindy's turn and me right behind her. I watched as Cindy talk to the women and getting some papers from her. It took a few minutes for her to finish so it could be my turn.
"I'll see you later Joseph"- Cindy smiled and waved at me
"Cya!"- I said waving goodbye as well
"Welcome to SOA, can I have your name please"- the young women said to me
"Joseph Cromwell"- I said to her
"Oh, I see we have another Cromwell around here"- she said graving some papers and looking at the computer she had in the table as well
"Yes ma'am"- I replied
"Your family's name has been very popular for centuries around here"- she said clipping some papers
