As I ran towards him going to punch him I hit and electric wall. Immediately I got electrocuted sending me flying. Trying to get up from the ground I got surrounded by an electric barrier.
"A little close for comfort I would say" I heard Javier say
"That hurt you know!" I yelled
"Sorry about that but I had to, otherwise I would have been hit pretty badly" he said
"Yeah but I can get hit right?" I said annoyed
"You didn't get hit, you just got a little shock" he mocked
"Ok you had your fun let me out of here now" I said
"Nah I'm good" he said
I tried to get out from the barrier but I got electrocuted again when I touched it or got near it.
"Let's try punching it full force then" I said to myself
Focusing all my strength on my right fist u punched the barrier. When I punched it I go electrocuted twice as much as before.
"That won't work, every time you hit the barrier it absorbs your energy and makes it stronger and even more powerful. You have to do better than that to destroy it" he explained
"That's not fair, you have more control of your ability than I do"- I said annoyed
"Do I really?'- He questioned
Thinking and thinking to figure out that to do. I looked at Javier and he was just standing there looking at me.
"This is hopeless"- I thought
"Doing nothing isn't going to help you"- he yelled
"What am I supposed to do?"- yelling back
"If you won't do anything I will"- He snapped his fingers and the barrier started to close on me
"Javier don't do this to me"- I started freaking out
"Stop it then"- he grinned
I started concentrating on the barrier to stop it, but it kept moving closer. I stared at Javier and he looked at me confused. For a second a burst of energy went through me. He was going to snap his fingers so the barrier can hit me, but he froze on the spot.
"Can-t mo-v-e"- he tried to say and the barrier disappeared
"Who's the one trapped now?"- I smirked as I walk close to him without losing focus
"Im-presi-ve but n-ot good enough"-finishing saying a burst of electricity went out of him making me lose my concentration
Rapidly he started throwing punches at me that I could barely see. I was getting hit multiple times making me grunt in pain. I tried to defend myself, but he was to quick for me.
Suddenly I felt a strange power from within me into my eyes. I started to see every punch getting thrown at me gracefully dodging every hit.

Jump
I backflipped a few feet away from him before he could hit me with lighting as I felt his energy spiked. He looked at me weirdly and tried to charge electricity at me, but I saw right through his movements.
