Chapter 22

Everyone else arrived later that night and we all went to say hi.

Naturally, I went to Tina first because she's my girl. I then hugged everyone else and told Christian what song him and Syd are singing tomorrow.

Me and Tina went to chill for a bit since Wes wanted to chill with the boys and Syd wanted to go over things with Christian.

"What's up babymama?" Tina asked trying to catch us up.

"Well, basically I like Wes, I don't know what to do about it.. Ya know? The usual."

Her face dropped then a huge grin appeared on her face.

"I knew it! but it's up to you on what you wanna do?"

She was always understanding.

"Yeah I know, it's just he knows somethings up and I don't know how long I can keep it from him. I dunno What to do, Tina." I sighed.

"Don't over complicate things b, you have two options; either tell him or don't." She smiled hesitantly.

"I know, I'll figure it out."

"How's Syd?" She changed topics.

"She's good, I think her and Christian like each other lowkey though haha, they're dueting tomorrow."

"That should be fun."

We laughed.

"I hate being away from you for so long and then having to leave you again." I hugged her

"I agree, but hey, it be like that sometimes."

She laughed at her own slogan.

We walked back to the hotel and walked into the conference room where David told all of us to meet.

I sat down in between David and Tina.

"Ok guys, the m&g tomorrow is going to work like this; Sydney, you can walk wherever you want to walk because as of now you don't have a pass but we're working on it. Nikki, talk to me after this meeting,"

I raised my eyebrows.

"Nikki, you can just chill too or stay with Wes, up to you. Tina -" I zoned out because none of the rest of this applied to me.

I was about to walk out when David pulled me back,

"Nikki, people are demanding to put you on this tour - but it's like this, I can't sign someone if they don't update content. So here's my offer, if you start posting content, I can sign you. & then from there, you and Sydney can get your own pass. Think of a name and get back to me."

I texted Tina, Wes, and Syd to meet in my room so I could share the news with them all.

I sat on my bed while they got comfortable.

I squealed,

"Guys, guess what!!?"

They all simultaneously said, 'what?'

"David said all I gotta do is post content on some social media platform and he can sign me to this tour!! People are requesting I be added!! Isn't that awesome?" I enthusiastically spoke.

"Nikki, that's great, I'm happy for you." Tina said.

"But that's not even the best part -" I continued after I squealed again.

"The best part is, once I'm signed, me and Sydney get our very own pass, BUTT we need a name, any ideas?"

They freaked out for a sec, then sat in silence while they thought.

"Well, the pass should apply to you, I'm 'lyric' because I sing. Christian and mike are 'mom+dad' because they're mom and dad, think of something that's true to yourself" Wes answered.

"We're sassy, and everyone loves rhymes, what about 'The Sass Pass'?" She smiled at her creativity.

"Oh my god! I love it, WERE THE SASS PASS!!" I screamed.

I quickly whipped out my phone to let David know that's what we decided upon.

"YESS, BUT IN ORDER MAKE THIS COME TRUE, YOU NEED TO GET STARTED ON THIS YT VIDEO! Let's film right now?" Tina proposed.

"Wanna just do a regular q&a? I know it's cliche, but people know almost nothing about me so it's good icebreaker."

We all agreed and Tina got out her camera to film.

Wes tweeted ; @imactuallywes : my girl @itsnikkibtw is making her very first yt video, tweet us questions using the hashtag #asklilnik .

Wes read questions to me as I answered them.

They were pretty much basic questions and I answered them as honestly as possible.

One stuck out that really made me smile.

"How and where did you and Wes meet? Your friendship is so cute."

I quickly answered,

"Well, he was the new boy at school so of course he was a Loner and I basically saved him by inviting him to eat with us at lunch and from there he kinda just never went away. Tragic that he's so whipped but it's ok because I kinda like him." I laughed,

"I'm totally kidding by the way, he was the new boy and I did befriend him but being friends with him is such a privilege," I continued.

I looked at him and smiled and pulled his face into the video.

"I got lucky." I concluded.

He smiled at me and then I wrapped up the video.

After I was done filming, Wes and Tina helped me edit and then it posted.

I'm ready to actually feel like I belong, and not be a tag-along.
