Erik's POV
This morning I woke up with a strange feeling in my stomach.

I stretched, yawned and go up to get dressed. I decided I was going to ignore the weird feeling and go about my day.

I got dressed, ate an apple and left my place, thirsty for revenge.

Yesterday I had spoken to my master to ask for instructions, he has given me something very particular to do.

I wasn't allowed to get rid of Kayla, he doesn't want me to. I dont know why though, she's a waste of space.

So my instructions are to get everything ready for his return. He will need Kayla, Narissa, the Black Crystal and Lilianna.

I don't know why he needs the baby. I mean, come on? The baby? What does any of this have to do with her?

Anyway, those are my orders and I can't disobey them, otherwise he will get angry.

I start to head over to where I know Kayla could be. Rita's.

I arrive at the house and knock at the door.

"Yes?" I hear somebody yell from inside.

Ondina appears at the door and as soon as she sees me, she shuts it in my face.

I stop her from doing so, by simply placing my foot in between the door and the doorframe.

She opens up the door again, unwillingly and gives me an angry look.

"What do you want, Erik?" She asked me.

I smirked and chuckled slightly at her stupidity.

"That's cute, but when I want something, I don't ask, I just get it." I said, confidently.

"Well, sorry to burst your bubble, but not this time Erik. You've crossed the line, too many times. Nobody can trust you anymore. So good day." She said, closing the door after her rehearsed speech.

I was dumbfounded for a little while, as I stood in front of the door.

I can't help but remember when we were in love.

Sure, I was trying to use her to get to Kayla, but I really did love her.

And me being who I am, I didn't tell her that I really did love her. So all she knows is that I used her. And I'm fine with that.

I turn away, and start to head in another direction, in search for Kayla.

I'm not convinced that she would've been at Rita's, it was just a mere guess.

My feet take me to my next stop, the Cafe. She's almost always there.

I walked in and scan the room. Again, to my annoyance, she's not here. Where else could she be. I should really know, I did stalk her for a few weeks.

But she was different then. She was vulnerable, weak. She had no strength.

Ever since Hayden fell into the picture, it's almost as if Kayla has become stronger. As if she's become smarter. Almost like she finally feels like she has a reason to live.

I leave the Cafe, hoping to find her soon. I was running out of patience.

I found myself walking along the beach, scanning my mind for all the places that little life ruiner, waste of space could be.

My questions were soon answered, when I saw Kayla sitting on the beach, alone, looking out to the ocean.

I was so pleased with myself. I turned invisible, and walked towards her, making sure she couldn't see my footprints in the sand.
