"What's Star Trek? " - Kei Valancia

Waking up to sunlight on my face was maybe the tenth thing on my hate list. It may not have been the worst, but it definitely wasn't going to be on my good side anytime soon.
And that is why I promptly groaned and rolled completely over onto my face, basking in the darkness like the devil I was.
At least, that's what I would like to say. But in reality, my efforts were dashed when I was hindered by a particular muscular body that stopped me midway. So now I was awkwardly on my side with my face planted on a mouthwatering chest.
I mean, it's not dark but it feeds the inner succubus inside so I wasn't going to complain. Things only got better when I felt two equally muscular arms wrap around my waist to pull me closer.
I nuzzled closer to his chest and sighed in content before saying, "Now this is how I want to wake up for the rest of eternity." I would love to say I had the sexy husky voice that some women get from waking up. Not me.
No, I had the voice of a thousand screeching demons taking residence in my throat. And it wasn't pretty at all. But, I guess Ryker didn't care because he tightened his hold and buried his nose in my hair.
"Goddess Kei, your voice is like a breath of fresh air."
Unfair. His voice was the epitome of desirable, with its gritty baritone and slow words still being tugged down with drowsiness. Freaking. Unfair.
Also, another thing that was being unfair at the moment, was my bladder.
"Stupid bodily functions and especially my stupid bladder," I muttered in annoyance. I squinted my eyes open and tilted my chin up, noticing how Ryker was already staring down at me with eyes hidden from me by his lashes.
He, of course, was looking amused at my angry ramblings. "Have a problem?" He had the nerve to ask with a smirk.
I harrumphed and nodded. "Yes, actually." And I tried to pull away but like a man, he didn't let me go. "And you keeping me prisoner in your arms is not making it better. Even though I won't disagree that it's a nice place to be a prisoner."
"I guess I should be happy to hear that," he chuckled.
"You should." I leaned in to nuzzle his chest one more time before pulling away. "Now seriously, I really need to pee and maybe spend a good twenty minutes in the shower, and I can only do that if you let me go."
He scoffed and shot me a quick glance underneath his lashes, his eyes brightening with alertness. "Do you need any help washing your back?" He waggled his eyebrows flirtatiously. I shook my head but the grin on my face was wide.
"I think I can handle it." This time as I made a move to sit up, he let me but ended up following along. Straightening, I stretched my arms over my head and arched my back, popping my bones when I extended my limbs as far as they could go.
I sighed in gratification when I felt the pull and release of my muscles, feeling a relaxant to my mood.
"You're killing me," Ryker rasped. I looked at him in question, watching as he drank in my form like a man desperate for water. I looked down to see I was dressed in what I could only assume was one of his black shirts, the shoulder hanging off.
And it didn't escape my notice that I was without a bra underneath. Letting my hands fall back down to the bed, I studied him quizzically.
"Did you dress me?" I asked him. He raised a brow as if to say, 'Who else?'
