Can I live in undertale?

Papyrus is better.

"Ha!" Bolt laughs. "Don't ask me, smartest guy around, all I can think of is I switched a few of the settings, and this is where we ended up."

Shadow started making weird noises she makes when she's excited. It sounds like a cross between a whale and a baby laughing. I can't judge, I do it too.

We explore around, and find a room filled with books. I feel drowsy, but I grab a book anyway. We all curl up on the floor to read it.

"Children?" Toriel is asking. "You must be exhausted. No wonder you fell asleep on the floor. I made you a butterscotch and cinnamon pie. Would you like to have some?"

I'm fourteen. So is Flame and Shadow. Bolt is twelve. We would never pass up a good pie, especially if it was made by goat mom.

After pie, we fell asleep again.

-Beam!- I hear Bolt say in my head.

-Yeah?- I ask, still in my head.

-we have to sneak past goat mom and get out of the ruins, remember, she makes us fight her. I don't know about you, but I don't want to. Attack 80 defense 80 and all.-

-Right.- I say. I quickly tell Flame and Shadow our plan. We sneak past Toriel and down the stairs to the exit. "Children?" I hear behind us before we reach the door, "What are you doing?"

Like deer in headlights, we froze. "um," I scramble for an excuse. Shadow sighs. "Sorry, Toriel." she says. "We were going to leave. We knew you wouldn't want us to go out there, because we would die, but I promise, we can take care of ourselves. We have been doing so for our whole lives. Beam has no mom, but a dad, so she hangs out with us, who have no dad, and mom is far far away. We have been taking care of ourselves since we learned to open the fridge. Plus, we can fight." She demonstrates by throwing punches and kicks at Bolt, who countered, their limbs moving so fast they disappear almost.

And they are good fighters, self trained and fighting before they could walk. Toriel watched, tears brimming in her eyes. Shadow and Bolt stop, we all look at Toriel.

"Toriel?" I say quietly. "I-I love you. You are the closest thing I've ever had to a mom. Just because you are a monster does not make you any different. Please let us out, we will come back to visit, if you let us in, every once in a while..."

Toriel did nothing to keep the tears from falling. "oh, Children, your hearts are as good as the light in the darkness. You will prevail, I know it. I love you too, all of you. I will let you in, if you ever need a place to stay."

Toriel and I were the only ones to cry. Shadow called me a baby and punched me in the arm, but I didn't care. I love Toriel. She is one of the few good thing in the universe. Her, spaghetti, and the people standing beside me. Them and...

"OH MY GOD!!!!! SANS!!!! ARE THOSE HUMANS??!!??" Papyrus yells.

"No. Those are leaves." Sans says lazily. "but what's in front of the leaves?"

"ARE THOSE HUMANS???!!!???"

"yup" Sans says.

I died and went to freaking heaven. Sans, AND Papyrus standing right before me.

"Sans." Bolt says.

"No way." Shadow whispers "Papyrus is the absolute best in the history of ever."

I so agree.

"Skeletons!!!" I yell "Hi!!!"

"STAND RIGHT THERE HUMANS SO I CAN CAPTURE YOU!!" Papyrus yells.

"I DONT WANT TO BE CAPTURED!!!" Shadow yells back. "WHAT IF I COOK YOU SPAGHETTI AND GIVE YOU A PUZZLE? THEN WE CAN PLAY WITH ACTION FIGURES AND RACE RACECARS!!!!!!!!!"

"WOWIE!!" Papyrus yells "I LOVE PUZZLES AND SPAGHETTI AND ACTION FIGURES AND RACECARS!! I HAVE A RACECAR BED!!!!"

Papyrus approaches us. "So," I say "you aren't going to capture us?"

Papyrus considered this. "NOT RIGHT NOW." he says.

"THANK YOU!!" I yell, throwing myself at him and giving him a big hug. "WOWIE!!" he says " I LOVE HUGS!!" I let go, and study them. They have weird hands and weird clothes and stand in a weird way. They seem to be smiling, but I can't tell because they have no lips. Their eye holes are big black pits with shining circles in the middle. No eyebrows makes them pretty expressionless. I thought they would be pretty hard to read until Papyrus actually frowned. I'm dead serious. His humongous smile suddenly got cheeks made out of bone and he had a small frown. Sans just seemed relaxed.

"NO!! I CANNOT GET INTO THE ROYAL GUARD IF I AM FRIENDS WITH HUMANS!! I MUST CAPTURE THEM!! HOLD STILL HUMANS, AND PREPARE TO BE CAPTURED BY THE GREAT PAPYRUS, FUTURE POPULAR SKELETON IN THE ROYAL GUARD!!!!!"

Shadow uses girl powers. "please Papyrus, please don't capture us. We are just small humans up against a big strong skeleton like you. Please, just take care of us and be our friends, we never had friends before!" smooth.

Sans was looking back and forth between me and shadow. We look exactly the same, so I get why. The only difference is our eyes. My brown to her blue. Papyrus made a big deal about having tons of friends and letting us be friends because he could imagine the pain we go through. He showed us all his puzzles and led us to his house.

"hey." Sans says to me. "Thanks for saying all that stuff just to appease my brother. He's so cool."

"No problem." I say. I can't help it, I ask: "Are you weirded out by me and my friend, Shadow? We look pretty much the same."

"Not to me you don't. You look alot prettier than her, its your soul. Your so much kinder."

He lightly blushed a soft blue, and my heart jumped five feet in the air.

"Thank you." is all I manage to say.
