The wind rushed past and between her brown hair that flew back from her face as she walked. Her light brown eyes that were looking nowhere but foreword. Her mouth was closed shut and hid behind a red scarf that kept her warm. Little tip tap was heard from her feet that left foot steps behind in a dirty white snow. It barely ever snowed in Carelensed. It was more of a rainy town then a snowy type. But this winter mother nature decided to torture the people in the small quite town.
"Hey! Wait up!" a voice called after the girl. She kept walking, knowing well that they were not too far away and could catch up with her easily. And she was correct as she heard the footsteps coming closer to her.
"Hello. Are you on Earth or Mars?" the teen asked with a followed giggle.
Rose shrugged as she looked at her friend with a smile that was hidden behind the scarf.
"Are you smiling? I can't tell."
Rose pushed down the scarf a little feeling the cold breath hit her lips as she showed her smile that soon went to a normal straight line when she covered it back up.
"Ah. Good. I don't see you smile often, so..." Wolfie chuckled as she looked away seeming a little uncomfortable of saying that. "But hey. I'm happy we live so close to each other. We at least can walk to school together."
Rose nodded and Wolfie focused on walking, seeming to get lost in though. As the walk continued in comfortable silence, her friend kept on glancing at her time to time. The teen noticed and showed a questioning look at her friend.
"Oh...am... I.. Sorry. I got a question." Wolfie said.
Rose stayed silent, waiting for her friend to continue.
"I know that something is wrong. You usually are the one to strike up the convo."

Suddenly the air became heavy and Roses eyes went in panic. She did not want to explain it to her friend. Her heart started to raise the speed but the teen tried to breath calmly. "N-n-none o-of your bu-ssines."

"Oh! I'm sorry. I d-didn't mean to make you mad or anything." the girl apologised. "I was just curious. You can tell me when you feel like it or you don't have to tell me at all... I am... Sorry. I'll drop it. Hug?"

Roses eyes came back to normal as her heart came back to normal pase. The subjects was dropped. The weight went away as she wrapped her hands around into a friendly hug. No one knew yet. And no one will. A small memory came to the teen.

~ "Why do you want to learn sign language anyways?" asked her friend.
"Arrr.... It's personal."
"Hm." ~
