As lunch room filled with students from 14 to 18 years old, Rose walked to a table with few of her friends. It seemed they were happy to see her, but something felt off. They all resumed their conversations as she pulled out her lunch. However, instead of eating right away, she decided to watch the people she mostly spends time with.
Her best friend and two other close friends were engaged into a deep conversation that sometimes made them laugh or hum in understanding the situation. Next to them set another quite person who mostly just sits on her phone. Then there was another three friends, a male and two girls. The male was showing and directing his hands in the air as if drawing his thoughts for the other two to see. And there was her and her boyfriend. They both set quietly at the loudest as it seemed table in the cafeteria of the school they were in. But something felt off.
No one paid close attention to the conversations that the groups were having, and it seemed like it was a peaceful time. But something felt off.
Rose tapped her best friend on the shoulder and sighed. 'I'm sorry to interrupt, but would you like some of my food?' The teen nodded right away and took our characters food with no question. Wait. She didn't ask if I ate. The girl thought and stood up. She felt pair of eyes looking at her, it wasn't her boyfriends, it wasn't her friends eyes who were still talking none stop. It was his.~"What are you doing here?" The teenager asked the male who came and called her from school.
"I got your latter. We need to talk." The males voice was heard from the males lips that moved and formed the words.
"There is nothing to talk about. Why are you here?" There was no response and the male sighed before saying quietly, "I'm leaving." ~
