The atmosphere was pretty chilly in the Computer Science class where computers and students silently worked. At times you could hear a whisper or two then it went back to quite. The teacher, Mr. Nabster, was doing his own work on his small laptop. Rose at times wondered what he was doing, maybe some new programing? Or making a game? Just practicing? Maybe even just chatting on Facebook or something.
The teen gave out a sigh as she looked over to the person next to her. Tall, dark hair, brown eyes that were hidden behind clear black framed glasses, blue jacket and some comfortable sweatpants. He seemed to be most interested in coding, so was Rose. She just couldn't take her eyes off of him, asking silently through her mind for his attention, but he was too lost in the coding.
She flinched as the sharp and clear ring ran through out the building letting the students free to lunch. Students quickly logged off of the computers and ran out.
"Hey Rose."
She waved with a small smile. He finely was broken from the trans of coding.
"I have something for you."

~"Hey, I have something for ya." The teen told her.
"What is it?" she had no clue. Maybe it was a hug. Or a kiss... She could go on thinking. But instead he pulled out a red pretty bracelet. For few seconds she felt dropped but she smiled because it was something. Something that showed he cared. "Thank you! I like it."
"Mhhm".~

Rose nodded. Whatever it was, she will keep it close to her heart.
He followed close to her as the they went through the sea of teenagers until their destination was reached. Her locker was never locked so Rose opened it easily and when the backpack hit the bottom of the metal floored locker she turned around, waiting.
"Alright. I'm not sure if you would like it but... I got it for you." his stance showed how nervous he looked and his eyes darted everywhere but her own eyes. Finally when he felt confident he pulled out a golden look-a-like chain with a small kitten hanging off of it. It looked pretty and cute.
She smiled and clapped her hands together in excitement showing how happy she is to have such a gift. But the instant she touched it her face went seriously blank and she looked him in the eyes.
"W-what?" the boy asked her.
Rose moved her fingers from 1 to 30 to 12. As if guessing the numbers.
"Are you asking me how much it cost?" he re-asked. Of course the teenager did not know nor learn the sign language, so most things he guessed when she asked.
He gave out a small laugh, few student around looked at him weird, but he did not notice. "It cost like 5 dollars. Don't sweat it. My own money."
The girl carefully put it on. Of course she would take it anyways, maybe repay him later but for now it was lunch time.

~"Oh! Shut uuup!" the girl joked. Her friend however did not look happy. "Is something wrong?"
"Stop saying it. It makes me feel bad when you do." the girl replied.
"Oh. I'm sorry..."
"Yeah. I know."~
