*two weeks later*

Im running to my next class, away from all of the bullies who are chacing me. As I reach the stairs, some one trips me, sending me flying down the stairs. I reach the next landing my momentum carries me forward and I fly headlong into the granite floor benith.

My head slams against the cold stone floor and my vition wavers. My metalic blood spills from the womb on the back of my head. I hear the slurred voices of my aggressors as they come down the stairs. One of them screams as she sees my blood, its metalic nature giving away exactly what I am.

Another scream tears at my ears; this the voice of a male. I see Kankri screaming at the people on the stairs. A gentle pair of arms wrap around me as Karkat puts my hhead on my shoulder," OH GOG OH GOG OH GOG, COME ON JACEY, THIS ISNT FUNNY ANY MORE. *PLEASE* ANSWER ME, *PLEASE*!"he sobs, completly distraught.

I reach up and touch his face as everything fades to black.

*Karkat's pov*

I am holding Jacey close to me as she toutches my cheek gently. It lingers for a momment before her eyes close and her body goes slack, "NO JACEY PLEACE WAKE UP!!! PLEASE!!! NONONONONONONONONO!!! PLEASE DONT DIE! PLEASE!!!!!! " I scream a bit of my scence comes back and I take off my sweater and wrap it around her head tightly to help staunch the flow of bood. I gently pick up the miniscule girl in my arms and hurry to the nurces office. She is immediately let in and Kanaya gets to work stitching her up. The entire time I stay by her side, holding her hand, tears running fown my face. A while later Kanaya spoke up, "Karkat, I Am Sorry But," Kanaya hesitates, "She Lost Too Much Blood. She May Never Wake Up..." Kanaya trails off and Karkat stis there dumbfounded for a moment then he breaks down crying and terified at this grim outcome.

The one he flushed for so dearly, may be slipping through his fingers, fallng further from him with each passing moment.
