Yesterday had been a busy day. After Mason and I had visited the hospital we went back home and played the whole day. Mason had been talking about Dustin a lot, mostly because he thought Dustin had found it. Dustin had told me that Dr. Smith was the one who had saved it for Mason. The rain had been falling down for a whole hour, so Mason and I hadn't left before the rain had stopped. Dustin had proved to be good company. He was a nice guy, but that's all I could say. He hadn't brought up the scene in the rain, which I liked. I wanted to be friends with him, but not more. My mom had been busy yesterday with Joan. Joan had called her to make sure we had the right information for the upcoming saturday. This time I would perform in a hotel. My mom hadn't gave me all the details yet. But I could see she was excited about it. She had already talked about buying a new dress. It must be going well financially. My dad has also been very happy yesterday. Because Mason had kept me busy with playing games I hadn't got the opportunity to play on my piano. That's why I had asked my mom not to bother me for the next couple hours. I sat in the garage where I would usually play. My dad was out with the car so I got the whole space for myself. I had opened the doors of the garage widely, so the wind and the noise of the leaves could keep me company. I took a deep breath and started playing randomly. I enjoyed it, like I always did.Pressing a few keys makes the funniest notes come out which makes me laugh.

After playing old pieces I had composed, I started making a new piece for Saturday. I wanted to do something different then I played two days ago.  I started with a playful melody. I started adding a few louder notes, I used this melody for a few minutes, because I had to make a play for a whole hour. While I slowed down the melody, I made the music softer and nicer. It felt nice to feel the sun on my skin through the window. The sun made my day always better. I quickly composed the pieces together and decided to take a break, hoping to get some inspiration while I walked through the forest. Compared to yesterday, the sun was shining. I could feel the hot breeze going through my hair. It was nice to see the flowers who hadn't bloomed in the winter were blooming now. I enjoyed the rest that I could always find in the forest. That's why I was surprised to hear the galloping of a horse. Out of curiosity I decided to hide behind one of the trees around me and looked around, turning to see where the galloping came from. Why did someone decide to ride on his horse today, if no one ever does? When my eyes found the horse, I doubted if I should walk over to him. He is alone after all. That surprises me. I swore that I had heard a voice too. I wanted to touch the horse, to stroke him, but I was afraid if I would touch him he would run away. I was also had a fear to touch him, I have never seen one before in real live, let alone that I have touched one.

Suddenly adrenaline started boiling inside of me, I got myself together and walked towards the horse. I faced him, afraid of my own next move. What if I touch him and he bits me? Even though I have never heard someone saying he has got bitten by a horse. I just tried, I lifted my hand, I felt my hand shaking, but I forgot about that as soon as my hand touched the head of the horse.

"I can see she likes you, she hasn't left yet." I heard a familiar male voice say from behind me. The voice was familiar to me, but I couldn't recognize it. A strange feelings came through me and made me turn around. "My name is Ryan." He said.

"I know." I said without thinking and way too quick. Ryan examined me and then it hit him.

"You're Scarlett?" He still didn't know for sure.

"Yeah." I said weak.

"What are you doing here?" He asked in disbelieve, like he couldn't believe that I was standing in front of him.

"I could ask you the same."

"I was walking around with my horse, when I let her go for a minute he run off. Usually she stays close, but she took off, so I had to start looking for her. And now I found her." I was surprised that he confessed everything to me. Now it is my turn to explain, I don’t want too, I would prefer to talk about the horse. But he was looking at me, waiting for me to say what I was doing here, so I have no choice.
