Dustins POV:

I am hanging around, doing the dishes, watching television, working out a little, just like any regular day. I hadn't worked today, normally I do, but today I wasn't into it. That normally never happens, but today I wasn't in the mood for people. I wanted to be alone. That's why I took the day free. Even though I hadn't done much today I wanted to go to sleep, so I decided to take a shower first, because I do that regullary, and than go to bed.

I took a quick shower and put on my sweatpant. I walked of to my bedroom, but the doorbell stopped me. What? I thought confused, I wasn't expecting someone, neither someone visits me on these hours. Without thinking much about it I walked towards the door and opened it.

"He..?" I couldn't believe my eyes. "What are you doing here?"

"I need you." She sounded broken. So I immediately let her in.

"Come in." I stepped away so she had the space to get in.

"Thank you." When she was in, she was looking around, probably looking for a seat, because when she saw the couch, she walked towards it. I closed the door, walked to the couch and took place next to her.

I didn't want to question her immediately, so it was quiet for a few minutes. I waited for her to start talking, but I am not sure if she would. "I am not used to a quiet Dustin." She smiled weakly.

"I am not used to a broken Scarlett neither." I regretted saying that. The little smile she had was gone in a second. "I'm sorry."

"Don't worry. Am I interuppting you? You seem tired." For the first time she directly looked at me. And now I knew she was broke for sure. But why?

"I am not." I lied. "You said you need me, so here I am."

"I need a friend right now. You are the only one I see as a true friend." I didn't know what to say, I am speechless. "Dustin, I can't see colours." She said in one breath. Her hands are shaking, she looks like she could pass away any minute.

"I know." I shock went trough her. I saw it, she immediately looked up to me.

"H-how?" She was thinking, confused, her eyebrows pushed towards each other, fighting to come together, but not able to reach each other. "You have read my file!"

"I haven't." Even though she wasn't calm, I was. That surprised her, which made her believe me. I smiked, she was so easy to read.

"Than how do you know?"

"Your eyes." I looked away from her. "I didn't knew it from the start. But I did know there is something behind them. Because I had never seen ones like yours in my life. They are grey-green, I see how hard it is to so any emotion through them, because they are so cold, but the heat I feel around you and your smile.." Pause. "They make your eyes warm and welcoming."

She looked at the floor, she looked everywhere except from me. She seemd mad. "You knew."

"I did." I couldn't read her.

"I was seeing someone!" She raised her voice again, that is at least what she tried, but her tears broke her shout.

"Who?" I asked surprised.

"His name is Ryan." Her tears kept rolling, I couldn't help myself, I moved closer to her and hugged her tightly. I let one arm move to the tear and swiped it away. I placed her on my lap.
