Chapter 16

(The day Natalie leaves)

Michael's PoV:

Todays the day. The day she leaves me, she'll move to Europe for a while. I plan on giving Natalie the necklace today. I look at the clock, "crap " its 4:15pm 'I have to take Natalie to the airport. I barrow AJ's car and meet Natalie at her dorm room.

I get to her room and notice someone else is here...SJ her brother.

"Michael nice to see you again." SJ says holding out his hand for me to shake.

"Nice to see you again too SJ. How have you been?" I ask as I shake his hand.

"Good busy but good." SJ replies as he takes hold of Natalie's bag.

Natalie finally came over to save me from her brother.

"S. can you take that down to the car for me?" She asks him with her puppy dog eyes.

"Sure Shrimp. I'll see you at the car." He says taking the bag to my car.

She turns back to me. "I have something for you." She says smiling and holding a wrapped box with a bow on top.

I smile and hold it in my hands. With my other hand I reached into my back pocket and pulled out the wrapped box with the necklace in it. I hand her the small box.

"Aww you didn't have to get me anything." she said taking it and giving me a quick kiss.

"You didn't have to get me anything either but you did." I tell her as she blushes.

"Open them together?" she suggested.

"That is a great plan." I say smiling.

"On 3. 1.... 2.... 3...! " I say excited and we both quickly open the boxes.

I stare in aww at the glasses in the box and I look at Natalie and tears start to run down her cheeks. I lay the glasses on the bare bed and cupped her face in my hands.

"Thank you." She says holding back more tears. I gave her the one that says 'No Matter How Far'

"Do you like it?" I ask her smiling. "look at the back." I tell her.

Natalie's PoV:

I quickly turn the necklace over and read the engraving on it. "My heart is yours. -Your Fallen Angel-"

I look up and see he is wearing a new necklace, it's a lot like the one he just gave me but his says ' No Matter Where'

"I love you my Little Squirrel and please don't forget about me." He basically begged me.

"How could I? Your my soul mate." I say right before I grad his neck and pull him in for a passionate kiss.

*Beep Beep*

My alarm goes off on my phone ending the kiss.

"We should get going." he says as he picks up his glasses and grabs my last bag. " And thanks for the Gamer Glasses." He said smiling back at me as we walk to the car.

We pull up to the airport. Michael sat next to me in the back of the car as SJ drove us to the airport. We all get out of the car.

"Have a good time and don't forget to call me, and send me food or a post card but mostly food." SJ say as he hugs me tight.

"I will and I know you want brownies." I say teasingly as he releases me from his hug.

I turn to Michael. "Will you walk with me to the security line?' I ask him shyly.

"Anything for you babe." he says with a forced smile.

We walked to the line in uncomfortable silence. I stop before the I get in line and place my bag on the ground.

"Natalie.." He started to say something. I wrap my arms around his neck and kiss him deeply.

"I love you Michael." I tell him once I pull back.

"Call me when you have landed." He tells me but it comes out more as a question.

"I will, I promise." I say right before I give him another quick kiss and quickly get in line.

I get through security and get onto the plane. "Off I go." I say softly to myself as the plane takes off for Germany.
