DECEPTION AND DESTRUCTION
Jaan'suun, Grand Infiltrator of the Tao'Vak Republic, taps his subdermal inter-reality communicator. Unlike the Tao'Vak of this reality, his race had developed telepathic abilities that didn't require a physical connection. The two races were mirrors of one another. Where one version grew up in a hostile, and dangerous environment, the other developed in a peaceful and beautiful place.
"This is Jaan'suun." He began in a quiet, creaky voice, "I have successfully infiltrated the War Magistrates warship, and I have made an interesting discovery. The Magistrates niece was killed by the Supreme Commander. He has vowed to revenge this death, and he plans on using me to create an alliance with these same humans. I believe that the tides of fate are crashing on the evil shore. I will of course obey. An alliance is needed to topple the evil king. Jaan'suun out."
Jaan'suun walked his way to his favorite eavesdropping spot -Decaap'Laatey Eating Shack. The place was always ripe with useful intel. This time, he was on a mission to attract the notice of the War Magistrate. It didn't take long before the Magistrate took notice and made his way, slowly, to his table in the busy and crowded food shack.
"Mysterious One! I require your assistance." War Magistrate Dyjia said.
"I am Jaan'suun, War Magistrate. I know why you seek me, and I will gain pleasure with helping you and your family. The future is waiting for us, Magistrate. I intend to meet it."
With that said Jaan'suun got up from his table and walked to the War Magistrate. With one look, Jaan'suun communicated telepathically his intentions to help eradicate the Supreme Commander and his dreams.
This brief, but powerful telepathic link astonished Dyjia. He had never known a Tao'Vak to have telepathy beyond the one that required physical touch to initiate the telepathic communication.
Dyjia looked at Jaan'suun with a cocked head and said, "Is it true that you come from the Mythical Extra-Universe?"
This question amused Jaan'suun, as his home was considered a myth, therefore he would be regarded as a mythical being. Like the centaurs from Ancient Greek mythology on Earth or The mighty phoenix. Jaan'suun smiled as he remembered back to when he encountered a police lieutenant by the name of Tom Damon, during the first contact incident. The man had shot Jaan'suun, but the injury was superficial. Jaan'suun toppled onto the winter ground but rose quickly afterward. Tom looked into his eyes and yelled, "You're like a friggin phoenix!" Jaan'suun snapped out of the memory and said, "Yes, indeed I am from another reality, another universe as you call it. In my reality, we evolved differently than you. Our history is of peace and harmony. We also it seems developed telepathy differently. You require a physical touch, but we do not."
Dyjia now understood why he had a telepathic connection from Jaan'suun without touch. It also explained the confusing images of green trees, vast fields, and true peace. Life was regarded far more precious and valuable. It was the most beautiful thing he had experienced in his lifetime. He decided that after he personally slaughters the Supreme Mucus-Sling he would build a new system of peace and harmony. Any effort he could give to righting the wrongs he and his dark race, would be worth every second.
Jaan'suun saw the thought patterns in Dyjia's mind and nodded in recognition. "If you choose to after we have killed the dark one, you and your people, should they embrace the light as you have, they will be allowed to join the Tao'Vak Republic."
Dyjia new that it would take a rehabilitation of his people, but the end result would be well worth it.
"I believe my people, once they have learned inner harmony, would gladly join your Republic. As would I."
Jaan'suun looks to his side. "Someone disagrees." Jaan'suun said. A soldier clad in a dark red and black warriors robe swiftly walked towards the exit. Dyjia looked in the direction of Jaan'suun's nod.
"Have no fear. He will have no knowledge at all very soon."
Just as soon as Jaan'suun nodded, Dyjia ran after the possible spy, knocking over tables and crashing through stunned people. Jaan'suun marveled at the unfolding sight. The entire food shack was in complete disarray, as food and drink were strewn in all directions. Red and orange colored sauce covered one waiter's white staff robe. One patron slipped on yellow pole-fruits, slamming his head against a broken chair, while another slipped on spilled cream.
Dyjia uncaring about the state of the food shack, chased after the spy, jumping nimbly over benches and shrubs that littered the rest park, as well as the many objects that the spy knocked over behind him.
"When I catch you, you little piece of pickled rodent testicle, you will be made to suffer a vigorous questioning!" Dyjia yelled after him. Many onlookers were questioning one another in hushed tones.
Guards, trained to stay at their post, did as they were taught.
The spy made a left turn down a corridor that was just past a blue leafed tree. Dyjia knew now all he could do from that point was lock down each section of the corridor, trapping the spy. The corridor was far too long to escape capture. Moments after the spy ran into the corridor, Dyjia thrust his hand onto a glowing blue panel that separated the left and right corridors. Through the mind interface, Dyjia locked down the tunnel. There was no place the spy could go. Dyjia walked over to the now closed hatch and touched it with his index finger. That pulled down a circular panel that had five control sapphire crystals in a line at the bottom. Once touched in the correct order, the hatch would open. Dyjia touched the left sapphire followed by the second to the right, then swept his finger right to left in one swift move. The panel shot back up inside the hatch once again, then the hatch began to open. Dyjia could see that the spy hadn't even got to the second section of the kilometer long corridor. The spy turned around to face him, a look of fear crossing his face.
"I do not want a fight, War Magistrate. I apologize for my intrusion, but what I have sensed raises the question of your loyalty. The Supreme Commander will know of your betrayal."
As Dyjia walked slowly towards the spy he said, "You should not have sensed anything, and now you will be entirely senseless."
Dyjia reached for his handmade sword he had constructed from the sharp and serrated jawbone from a Ty'Shyai Shark. Long and hard, the impressive sword was studded with two blue sapphire stones within a gold hilt. The serrated teeth stuck out at a sloped angle, like jagged triangles of death. With the sword drawn, the spy took out his two hidden daggers, poised for attack. Dyjia swung his sword downward, purposely missing, but gaining ever more vicious momentum. Backward it spun, just as Dyjia flipped forward and rolled. The spy crossed his daggers in resistance to the powerful attack, but the sword was too powerful and it passed through the two daggers like butter. Dyjia thrust his foot into the spies torso, knocking him down hard. The sound of bones snap erupt from him.
Dyjia looked at the spy and said, "I will now destroy you, and your family will die as well. You are the reason that they will suffer."
Dyjia brought the sword down on the spies genitalia, cutting the testicles off. Dyjia grabbed them from the ground and stuffed them in the spies mouth, then as the spy screamed, he brought the sword down, chopping him in half. The two halves slid down and dropped with a wet thud.
"I must be more careful." Dyjia thought.
Moments later Jaan'suun walked up to Dyjia and motioned him to step beside him.
Jaan'suun slid his hand up his arm to a green crystal armband. Suddenly their surroundings changed to that of the bridge.
"It is time, my friend." Said Jaan'suun.
Dyjia shouts the order to the helmsmen in a harsh tone, "We travel to Earth! Now!"
The War Magistrates Flagship rose out of its dock, rotated it's curved and jagged front towards a little faint star in the distance. Blue jets of highly charged ions flair and the massive ship shoots forward. Two black curved hook-shaped panels emit a black field of darkly shimmering energy. This negative energy warps the space around the ship, compressing and decompressing. In seconds, the ship is literally sucked through space. In hours they will once again be on Earth. No longer conquers, but allies in the making.
