Max pov

"So what did you learn about the missing people Max?" Iggy asked my after dinner.

    "Well what I found out is that all of the victims was followed for 3 weeks befor thay went missing." I said going back to when I visited the house of Amanda Hawkins.

Flashback

I was now at the house of Amanda Hawkins. It was a medium sized house, cream coleres with white on the corners.

   I knocked on the door and waited untill a middle-aged women opened the door. She had on pants and a shirt that lokkex like she had wore it more than once without washing it.

    At first she just stared at me befor her eye went wide. She began to speack but I cut her of. "Hi Maximum ride an-" but this time the women cut me off.

   "I know who you are. My daughter talked about you a lot."

    "Yes well I heard that your daughter was missing so I was wondering if you will tell me if anything funny happen to her before she was taken."

   The women gasped. "Are you helping find her?"

    "Yes I am."

     From where I was standing I got a view of the living room, the dinning room and the kitchen. In the dinning room I saw an old-looking man and a young women with a little girl in hand.

   "Please come and have a seat Miss Ride."

    "No need to call me that." I said to the women as I sat on one of the stools in the dinning room. "Just Max is fine."

     "Mom who is this girl?" Said the other women. She looked like she had not got any sleep, her green eye was dull and filled with hate, towards me I guss, and her red hair was uncombed and lay in frezzy curls.

     "This is the person that is going to get my daughter back."

   The red head scoffed. "Another dectictive? What are tou hear to tell us more bad news, like that other guy?"

    "No anything of the sort. O am just hear to ask did anything funny happen befor she went missing."

    "We told you everthing we know." Said the man,just now speaking for the first time since I got hear."

    I sighed. "I am an dectictive from outside of town and I just came to see if the facts that thay had was ture."

   "Yes thay are" said red head, not looking at me. She has something to hide.

   "What are you hidding?"

   She looked up, startled by my question. "What do you mean? I am hiding nothing." She lied.

   I leand fowared over the table. "I can tell when people have something to hide. People hide thing from me all the time and I was always able to find it. If you want to find your sister then you need to tell me what it is that you are hiding." I gave her the stare, the look in her eyes toled me that she was going to break. Not many peole can resist the stare.

  After about she 5 seconds she sghed in defeat and said " 3 weeks befor she went missing she said the men in black suits was following her. She did not want to tell mom because of how she was going to react. Then after that she was starting to get phone call from a man befor she would see him staring at her."
