This it ella.

Max pov

I was dragged out of my cage by one of the Whitecoat slaves (name for the experiments that like it hear) and into a room with a large tube-like contaner in the middle.

The Whitecoat throw me at the contaner. "What is this?" I asked just as an Eraser came and dunked me into the cold liquid that was in the contaner and closed it befor I could resurface.

The liquid was smile. I had a vary bad feeling.

The Whitecoat sighed. "I dont want to do this Max. All you have to do is follow the rules and you would not be in this pit that you have created."

I banged on the glass. "Let me out!" I yelled. Thay just stared at me.

"Activat the punishment." Said the whitecoat,not looking at me as pain burst throw my body.

I woke with a jolt, sweat poring down my face. It was still dark.

I went to the kitchen and was madeing a snack when Ella xame down stairs. "Oh Max your up." She said.

"Hi Ella. I did not know you were a midnight walker?"

She looked at me in confusion. "A midnight what?"

"That is what we call peole wake up in the middle of the night. A midnight walker."

She nooded her head. There was a few beats of silence before she asked "Where were you for the past 7 years Max?"

I stiffind. Should I tell her the truth? I mean she is my sister. But once she find out what thay did to me will she still be. I already lost improtant people to me and I well not let that happen agen.

"In England." I lied. It was not really a lie but it felt like it.

She stared at me before saying "What where you doing there?"

"When thay toled me that thay wanted me gone I flew off in any direction. It was cold and raining that night and my wings was freezing and wet and I fell and pased out on the wet grass. When I woke up I was in a bed and thats how I meet my foster family. After a few days she asked me if I wanted her ro adopt me and I said yes."

"Wow thay must have been vary nice people." She said sitting down with to cups of hot coco, anding one to me.

"Ella why were you fighting with Ashley?"

She sighed "Mom may haved moved on from finding you but I have not. It anoyed me when the flock talk about how weak you are. Ashley most of all. Every dqy she keeps reminds the flock how the humen part of you was weak. So because of that we have never got along." She took a sip of coco.

I did the same. Was Ella really sad about me going? I was glad that somewon missed me, and thats why thay kicked me out.

Well I hope there happy. My humen side has been reduced.

"So I heard that you have another flock."

"I do but I dont call them a flock, more of a heard. Not all of us can fly."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

We sat in silence untill Ella said. "I am having cheer practice today and I was wondering if you could sit in?"

"Sure just tell me what time and what place and I will be there."

Ella looked shocked " Oh..um it hear actually at 12:00. Are you sure you want to do this."
