Fifth Harmony was nearing the end of the 7/27 tour when Camila released her second solo song, Bad Things, and God, was Lauren pissed.

A fan had just asked Camila at the sound check to sing a bit of her song. She did, and they all went crazy. Lauren walked behind Camila as she nearly ran off stage. When she finally caught up with the smaller girl, she grabbed her shoulder and pulled her to face her.

"Really?" Lauren asked, "Did you really just do that?" Camila scrunched her eyebrows together.

"What?" She asked. Lauren laughed bitterly.

"You sang your stupid solo song on our tour! On the Fifth Harmony tour. Okay? News flash: this isn't the Camila Cabello show!" Camila was obiously taken a bit aback by Laurens outburst but as soon she got a grip of what was going on, anger ran through her.

"The fan asked me a question Lauren. What was I supposed to do? Just ignore her?" Neither of the girls had noticed Normani, Ally and Dinah walk in earlier, but noticed when Dinah stood between them.

"Wow," the tall girl spoke out, "calm down you two. What's going on?" They ignored her, and Lauren only pushed her out of the way.

"Oh please Camila, you enjoyed singing your song in front of everyone, showing your 'talent.' Making the rest of us feel small and uncomfortable."

"Lauren, it's just one song. It's not like I left the freaking band!" Camila threw her hands up in frustration.

"Yeah," Lauren scoffed then whispered bitterly, "well maybe you should of."

"Lauren!" Dinah shouted and ran to hold Camilas now, still back. Normani and Ally's eyes had both gone large and looked at each other in dismay, then at Lauren and then Camila. Camila still didn't move while Dinah kept rubbing her back with one hand and her shoulder with the other. Normani and Ally both went and joined Dinah in sitting next to Camila. Ally kneeled in front of her so that Camila was looking right down into her eyes, and Normani sat on her right whereas Dinah say on her left.

"Oh," Lauren laughed bitterly from across the room, "you choose her? Okay, whatever. See you at the show tonight," she said before slamming the door and leaving.

The three girls comforting Camila looked at each other cautiously. None of them knew what to say. They all sat there for a bit in silence, Camila had still not moved when Ally decided to speak up.

"You know she didn't mean it," she said softly, rubbing Camilas shoulder, "she's just been upset recently. She'll get over it though." Camila shook her head and spoke in a raspy voice.

"No. She did mean it, and you guys know she did. Lauren is the most honest person we know. And we know when she's joking," Camila looked at the door and her voice cracked, "That, was not joking."

"Mila," Normani begain, "she'll get over it, you'll see. Just give it a couple of days. Why don't we go to the food court, maybe get a banana. Yeah?" The small girl shook her head.

"No," her voice was still strained from her holding back her tears, "I just wanna be alone. Please." She stood up abruptly and left. Normani called after her and stood up but Dinah stopped her.

"Let her go," the youngest one said, "we'll go to her in a bit with some food. I think right now she just wants to be alone and let it all out."

The girls performed like any other night, it was fun, the fans were amazing, and Camila and Lauren didn't interact or even look at each throughout the whole show. Normani, Dinah and Ally tried to interact more between each other in hopes of bringing the attention away from the tension on stage, which was a lot higher that night. The fans seemed to buy it and would scream their heads off whenever any of them would sing to each other or even hug.

After the show, Lauren stormed off to get dressing room before anyone could say anything to her. Camila watched the older girl go, and yelled in frustration then she too stormed off into her room. Normani sighed.

"What happened? What changed?" She asked. Dinah and Ally both shook their heads.

"I don't know," said Ally, "Maybe they both grew up."

"No," Dinah sighed sadly, "we're all growing up and look at us. We're fine. Something between them two happened. Lauren is obviously upset for other reasons, not only Mila releasing her solo song. And Mila... I don't know. She's just...."
She trailed off. Not knowing what to say.

"Sad?" Ally asked. Dinah and Normani nodded. They were all staring at the quiet hallway that the two girls had gone down in opposite directions.

"She is sad," Normani confirmed aloud, "why is she sad?" They all looked at each other, none of them answering. None of them knowing the true answer.
