"Come in!" Delaney heard from the other side of her best friend's door. She smiled to herself as she watched the two brothers bonding over tying each other's tie.

"Aw, I should take a picture." Delaney cooed towards the two teenage boys.

Lip rolled his eyes, looking over his friend's outfit.

Delaney noticed as both teens continued to stare at the same place.

"Oh for fucks sake stop looking at them!"

"Damn Del, where you been hiding those?" Ian asked.

"Aren't you supposed to be gay?!" The girl scoffed, crossing her arms over her chest.

"Mhm." Ian nodded. Lip smirked at his brother's words. He couldn't help but think the same thing.

"You look great Laney." He offered a smile to the now flustered girl.

He watched as the tips of her ears turned red from embarrassment, smiling slightly.

"Oh whatever. Fiona wanted me to tell you guys to hurry up, we're gonna be late." She rolled her eyes as she walked back out of the teens room.

Fucking Gallaghers.

Delaney sat at the bar, watching as two people in love joined together in marriage. Well, fake marriage.

Delaney loved weddings. She daydreamed about her own constantly. Standing there in a white dress, the man she was going to marry standing opposite her, both so in love with the other. But, there was always that nagging thought at the back of her mind, what if they left her? Take her parents, for example, they had loved each other unconditionally, but her father left them both anyways. The fact of the matter is simple. No matter how much you love someone, everybody leaves eventually, one way or another.

Delaney sighed before downing the shot she had bought for herself.

"Whatcha thinking about?" Delaney heard a voice ask her. She turned to see no one other than the oldest Gallagher girl.

"Oh just the usual, inevitability of death and the faux emotion of love."

"Wow-uhm, that's... something?" Fiona stated, although it sounded more like a question. "How have you and your mom been? You know, since what happened." Fiona asked, taking a seat next to the younger girl. Reaching over the counter to pour herself and the girl a shot.

"Eh, we've been okay. Me more so than my mom. Fucking prick really fucked her up good." Delaney grumbled the last little bit before throwing the shot back. Fiona gave the girl a sad smile, before tossing back the shot as well.
