You know what...this guy is starting to seem arrogant. He sends letters to the San Francisco Examiner, San Francisco Chronicle, and the Times Herald as if it's nothing.
He's also very sick and twisted. He says "...Then pick off the kiddies as they come bouncing out." At first I thought "Who does that?" but then I remembered that this man...the man who was sending those letters is a serial killer.
