Max's Point of ViewAfter we parted ways with Sofia and everyone from the hospital, we headed home. Everyone wanted to do their introductions and every thing, but I could tell she was really tired. Adam and the rest of the guys understood and they agreed to get introduced another time. Ross, since he's the only one here anymore, got a head start back hom, so I could talk with Y/N a little more. She was sitting content in the little black car I had, looking out the window. I was about to say something to her when she spoke first.
"It's so fascinating isn't it?" She practically sung. Yes she is...
"What is?" I asked, curious as to what she liked.
"Outside! It's so pretty and complex. All the trees are so beautiful. Even though their bare, their silhouettes are so nimble and delicate." She spoke, words practically drenched with her fascination. She then looked over to me to finish off what she was saying. "Plus it's cold, and I like the feeling of it when I step outside. Maybe it's a little too cold to just be wearing a shirt though..." She trailed off, leaving me to respond to her statement right away.
"How about we ask Sofia tomorrow if we can go shopping? It's Friday and she told me that she has Saturday, Sunday, and Mondays off." I suggested, hoping to get a positive reaction.
"Sure! That sounds amazing! I'd love to get to know you guys better! Plus I mean It'd be quite awkward for everyone if I didn't have clothes. Hehe..." She awkwardly laughed, earning a genuine laugh from me. It was awkwardly cute, and so sweet.
"Alright! I'll text her about making plans. You know you have a way to contact everyone if you need as well. You have your own phone." I informed her, looking for a reaction.
"Really? That's cool! I'll be able to talk to you guys whenever!" she beamed.
"Well you're not leaving my sight for a while, so you better get used to my fabulousness!" I impersonated in my diva voice. She laughed her sweet little laugh of hers and went along with it.
"Excuse me ma'am but are you doubting my patience?"
"And what would happen if I was?"
"Well I'd say you're a complete goober and I need to teach you a lesson! How can I prove to you my patience skills?" She challenged, ready for anything.
"You'd have to be pretty powerful to endure my singing awesomeness for the rest of the car ride." I laughed, still in my stereotypical white girl voice.
"Challenge accepted!" She yelled, waiting for me to turn on my radio. I did, and the first song that came on was "A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton, just as it was starting. I had a look of craze on my face, as I knew all the words and was prepared for this moment.
"MAKIN MY WAY DOWNTOWN
WALKIN FAST
FACES PASSAND I'M HOME BOUND
BA NA NA NA NA NA NA BUM DA DU NA NA NA NA NA NA BUM BADA" Y/N looked at me wildly and could not stop laughing! She couldn't hold in anything and continued to laugh throughout the entire thing!
STARIN BLANKLY AHEAD
JUST MAKIN MY WAY
MAKIN A WAY
THROUGH THE CROUDBA NA NA NA NA NA NA (I turned directly at her for the next part)
AND I NEED YOU
BA NA NA NA NA NA NA
AND I MISS YOU
BA NA NA NA NA NA NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" (I continued while Vanessa continued on with the rest of the song)
"And now I wonder...."
"Alright alright you can stop now!" She yelled giggling at me while turning off the sound.
"You can't take this glorious singing voice?" I asked, still keeping up with my diva voice, although it hurt a little due to the screeching.
"No I don't want you to hurt yourself ya dumb!" She laughed back at me.
"Fair enough," I countered, "but I'd like to see you sing better than me if you think you're soooooo good!" I challenged.
"I don't know if you've forgotten, but I kinda don't know any words buddy! I don't even want to know them if they all sound like that!" She smiled, and thankfully laughed.
"Hey! You got somethin against my song?" I asked, pretending to be offended.
"It sounds like it would be a huge joke if you ask me!" She smiled. If only you knew...
"Ha, well I could show you good music, but I think that's for tomorrow. Besides, we're already at my apartment!" I said, pulling into the parking lot.
"Thank goodness!" she sighed, trying to egg me on a little more."
"You know I'm gonna get you for that some day right?"
"Yeah, but not today lazy butt!" She said, taking off her seat belt and getting out of the car, due to the fact that we were now parked.
After chatting a little more, we finally got up the stairs to the apartment door. I knocked to let Ross know that we were coming in, and then proceeded to step in. She was in awe of the small apartment, and started to speak. "This is a nice place you have! " She said, looking around and taking it in. I laughed a little bit at her reaction.
"Well it honestly isn't that much but I'm glad you think so." I giggled. But I mean it was a manly giggle so it was okay. With her I was smiling from ear to ear. She looked at me and smiled at my reaction, blushing ever so slightly to signify she was embarrassed. I laughed slightly more at the fact that she actually cared. This is cute.
"Oops! My bad..." She trailed off while awkwardly laughing. Just then to save the moment Kitty Purry came to see who was at the door, her collar jingling as she pranced. Y/N's face lit up. "Aww hello! Who are you sweety?" She purred to KP in her cat voice. "Kitty Purry huh? Well you are a very pretty kitty." She continued, petting Kitty Purry in all of her favorite petting spots. Kitty Purry loved her, and she loved Kitty Purry.
This is purely sweet.
