Max's Point of View

I woke up the next morning on my soft bed and groaned. I glanced over to my clock and saw that it was 7:46. I also saw that it was Saturday.

No work. Good.

I lazily thought to myself. I attempted going back to sleep but it just wasn't working. I guess I'd better check on Y/n. I was planning on shopping today to get her clothes to wear. She doesn't have any after all this.

I threw the covers off of my bed and got up slowly so everything wouldn't get dizzy. I made my bed and went to go brush my teeth. After all the boring morning routines, I carefully walked over to Y/n's room to go and see if she was up. I carefully swung open the door and peeked inside to see if she was awake or not. I saw she was sitting up in the bed with her adorable messy bed head hair and she was lazily playing with Kitty Purry whilst grinning out of happiness. Her legs were crossed and KP was in her lap patting Y/n when she would tease her and play with her.

To not seem stalkerish and freak her our I knocked on Y/n's door. "Hey! It's me Max! Can I come in?"

"Oh um yeah go right ahead!" she questioned while affirming my wonders of being let in. I delicately opened the door and walked into KP still on her lap. Y/n looked from her to me and gave me a bright smile. "Good morning!" She hummed, sleepiness still glittering her voice.

"Hey! I trust you slept okay with Kitty Purry there?" I asked her.

"Oh yes. Thank you so much. I'm sorry to be such a trouble I really do. It's just I..." I cut her off due to her being on the completely wrong track.

"Don't mention it. Please don't worry about being a bother. I love helping you. " I continued my rant whilst walking over to her bed and giving her a hug. "I don't want you to ever feel scared or doubtful. I know things are tough and I don't want you to go through it unknowing and overall unhappy. " I cheered up my rant to her while still hugging her with my chin on the top of her head. "I wanna know every lil thing worrying you! You're great man. You smart. You loyal. Anotha one." I memed as she laughed at my reference. She giggled her cute and unique giggle as she broke the hug apart to look up to me.

"Thanks Max! I'll be sure to. And if it's no trouble can I tell you something else?" She hesitantly asked and sort of regretted.

"Please tell me. I promise you can trust me no matter what. I want to know." I reassured her, making her open up to me and trust me.

"Well, I don't know how I remembered all of the memes and silly stuff like that. I just, every time I do though I get a really bad headache, and I heard a ringing sound in my ear that lasted a few seconds and I just don't know what to do about it." She confessed. I remember reading about this in all of the information Sofia gave me. I nodded and remembered her advice, but decided to leave it to her.

"Thank you so much for telling me this. It really helps to know that you're remembering things though. That leads me to believe that you have the ability to remember even more. I have some information that I could tell you about that, but I think I should leave it to Sofia!" I smiled at the end, leading her to ponder about what that meant.

"What do you mean? Doesn't Sofia have work? Wait, what day is it?" She asked me. I decided to see if she could piece together puzzles with basic information she remembers.

"Today's Saturday."

"Sofia told me she has Saturday's off due to it being a weekend and she's lucky enough to be one of the nurses to be able to have weekends off. So, does that mean we get to see her today?" She excitedly asked.
