Outtakes

So here are a few things that I've been thinking over, or I took out because I thought the book was lagging... Not all scenes, some just thoughts.

There will be one more chapter like this after this one because I'm writing a very long scene which is... A surprise. Bur you might find it a bit boring.

Here we go.

Nessie is adopted.

A/N I actually cut out an entire chapter of the book where this would be mentioned. I got a lot of reviews on fanfiction.net on the chapter Broken Hearted saying that the book was lagging, which I agree with, so I ended up cutting it out.

Here's part of that chapter:

I walk into school the next day, Edward's new girlfriends sneering at me from across the lot. I bare my teeth at her, when I hear Ness crying.

I turn to find her by her car trying to cover her tears, but being her mother (even if she doesn't know it) I know exactly what's happening. Walking towards her, a whole load of situations run through my mind.

I swear to God if that mutt has hurt her in any way...

"Nessie, what's wrong?" I ask her in a soft tone.

She looks up at me with my eyes. "My p-p-parents a-aren't my parents!" She wails.

What? Her parents aren't her parents? "What do you mean?" I refrain from calling her sweetheart; it's too motherly.

"I'm adopted," She finally whispers, and my heart soars.

No matter what Aro can do, there are some things he just can't change.

Turning Bella Into A Vampire Would've Broken The Curse.

I was thinking about this the other day. If vampires are undead, then that means Bella would've died during the change so the change could happen. Then of course, for the curse to break, Bella had to die. It would have also been much simpler because there wouldn't have been any uncertainty about whether or not she would come back to life.

Making her a vampire is not a fail safe way of keeping her from breaking the curse.

Aro should have realised this.

Edward Wouldn't Be Playing The Piano After His Second Memory Wipe.

If, after Aro takes Edward's memories the second time, Edward has tattoos and prefers to eat Jessica Stanley's face instead of his lunch every other day after his memories are taken away, then while his wife is off breaking a curse and ending her own pain he wouldn't be playing the piano, much less Clair De Lune.

This is a mistake I saw, but couldn't be bothered to change. I wrote the chapter where the Cullens get their memories back about half way through, but when it was time to upload it I realised that it didn't reflect the 'new Edward' at all, so I added a sentence about his tattoo melting away.

Aro Cannot Teleport. 

This is something I got a lot of. Some people got the impression that Aro was somehow magically appearing and disappearing. What was really happening was Aro simply moving at vampire speed, too fast for Bella to see.

Vampire Senses Or Not, Carlisle Wouldn't Have Been Able To Tell If Rosalie Was Infertile In 1935.

I have no excuse for this.

Aro Stayed In Forks.

Most of the time, Aro stayed in Forks with one of his guards. He did this to make sure Bella didn't kill herself, and accidentally triggering the wolf gene. He lived in the forest.

One Of The Vampires Is Still Alive.

Aro lied to Bella when he said the four vampires he used to create the curse are dead.

Melody, who can wipe anyone's memory, is still alive, but is being monitored very closely by the likes of Jane and Alec.

Remember this, it may come in handy.
