Half brother

       Jade (one week later)

For the past week we have not been to school.

We have been in the woods with the boys.

We never did anything but talk though.

But it has been the best week of my life.

It was like 7 something in the morning so we was down stairs eating.

"Girls,"Mama said, walking out of the kitchen with her phone to her ear.

"Yes mama"we said.

"So why have I gotten 8 calls from 8 different teachers saying that y'all have not been to school for a week"she asked.

"I don't even know,"Jayda said.

"Girls I understand that y'all like spending time with the boys but school comes first"she said.

"Ok mama"I said putting my plate in the dishwasher.

She sighed.

Mama and daddy don't take us to school anymore.

We walk with the boys.

It is a somewhat long walk but thanks to their speed it takes 30 seconds at the most.

There was a knock at the door.

We already knew who that was.

"Bye mama and daddy"We talked, opening the door.

"Hi beautiful,"Chase said, hugging me like he didn't just see me yesterday.

"Hi handsome,"I said laughing.

"You're so damn goofy,"he said.

My sister and Owen did their thing. I was more focused on Chase.

"Hi Miss and Mr Boston,"Chase said.

My mother still looked scared and confused and hurt.

"Hi boys,"daddy said.

"Do y'all got your book bags?"Chase asked.

"Yea make sure y'all go to school today"daddy said.

"One second"we said.

We haven't brought our book bags in so long I forgot I had one.

As me and my mate were hugging I couldn't help but see the face on their mother.

She looked so hurt.

They just growing up so fast. God I hate this. They should be at school not with no boy. I hate this. This is not right.

I looked at chase and started talking to him.

I told him what she was thinking.

"Do y'all have y'all book bags"he asked.

"Yea make sure y'all go to school today"their father said.

I don't like her to call him daddy.

Because I'm her daddy.

He's just her father.

"One second"they said at the same time.

That's so cute when they do that.

This past week has been the best of my life.

Well so far.

We got to know each other a lot better.

We told them secrets and they told us some.

I love how open they are with us already.

I have been still talking to their father about their wolves.

He keeps asking about them.

I talk to them a lot but not more then I talk to the girls.

They are not that mad anymore.

They're  more sad.

And it breaks our hearts.

But they will be out I hope soon.

Kyle has been an even bigger problem.

Seeing the type of fucked up family he has almost made me feel bad for him.

Every generation starting from 100,000 years ago has lost their mate.

Less than half of them found their mate.

Less than half of the ones that found there mate has had a child.

But more than half of the children have died.

9/10 of the mothers died during or after birth.

7/10 died during pregnancy.

And more than half have lost their mate from death.

And the once who found their mate but the mate died they kill themselves because they think it's their fault.

Well 9/10 killed themselves.

Now the 1% like Kyle try to take others mates because of the loss of their own.

They actually convince himself that that is they new mate and that what they doing is right.

But they will be mean to the mates they try to take because deep down they know the truth.

But that 1% is really fucked up in the head because of their past.

Kyle mate was mixed like us.

But she wasn't as careful as us.

The faiths found out about her and killed her in a split second.

And he got to watch.

After her death he has been looking for some else mate to take for himself.

Now he wants others to feel his pain so he don't just want anyone he wants our mate.

Because his mama was mixed with a vampire and witch.

So she had a choice.

She did have a baby with his dad but he never marked her.

Which gave another man a chance to take her.

And it worked.

She left him and his dad for someone mixed with a Vampire and a werewolf.

And they had 4 kids.

3 boys 1 girl.

Now 16 years later Kyle is determined to take their kids mate because their father took his mother away from him.

Yep that's right.

Kyle is our half brother.
