A/N: This is sorta an AU type thing where Scott and Mitch don't meet as children, and they're also not famous. It's gonna be very, very long. I'll come back and do an update of just how many words so you can make sure you have enough time to read it, or so you can remind yourself to remember where you stopped! As always, I really hope you enjoy it!

Please drop me a vote and some comments! I take requests!

Okay so it's like 4K words which actually isn't as much as I thought, but I accidentally wrote smut?

So...

WARNING: SMUT LATER IN THE CHAPTER!!!!!

*****

It was move-in day and I couldn't have been more nervous. I never thought I was actually going to go to college, but here I am. I wanted to be a singer, but it's a lot harder to rise to fame than people realize. I've won tons of awards and I have music on iTunes, but that's not how it works.

I'm tall and broad, so a lot of people have been watching me lug my stuff from my car to my dorm room on the third floor. I think attention is only natural when you're half human and half giant.

My roommate wasn't here yet, and I didn't know who he was. People initially told me we would meet our roommates online before move in day, but that never happened. I think that was what I was most nervous about. I could make my classes work; they were short periods throughout the day. A roommate though? They were a permanent thing in your life for at least a year of school.

After my tenth trip to my car, everything was unloaded and I finally had my side of the room set up. My keyboard was set up next to my closet, my bed was made, my Beyoncé painting was hanging over my bunk, and I had my laptop arranged on my desk. My closet was full of clothes and my shoes and snap backs were put away neatly.

After another hour, I finally heard a key unlocking the front door of the dorm. I don't know what I was expecting my roommate to look like, but I can tell you that I damn sure wasn't expecting him to literally be the most beautiful man I'd ever seen. I opened my mouth to talk, but immediately shut it when his eyes met mine.

He was average height - probably about 5'10" - the sides of his head were shaved and he had a dark fringe sweeping over one of his eyes. His septum was pierced, his cheek bones were prominent, and he had very full lips.

It was only when he cleared his throat that I realized I had been standing there staring at him like an idiot. I let my gaze snap up to his beautiful brown eyes before smiling sheepishly.

"Hey. My name is Scott Hoying," God I'm so lame. That was the best I could do? Stupid stupid stupid.

I almost turned away but then his dimples popped out to accentuate the most beautiful smile I had ever seen in my short nineteen years on Earth. Was he even real?

"I'm Mitch. Mitch Grassi. You must be my mysterious roommate that the school forgot to tell me about." He shrugged and dropped a box onto his bed. "At least they gave me a cute one to look at." The wink he shot me made my cheeks turn bright red with a blush.

He started moving towards the door to our room and I panicked. I reached for his arm without thinking, chewing on my lower lip.

"Where are you going?"

One of his perfect eyebrows raised in confusion as he looked at my hand on him. His skin was soft under mine, but I realized immediately that I was being weird.

"Relax, Stretch. I just have to go get the rest of my stuff. I can't exactly live here and not move my things in." His laugh was angelic and it almost made me forget that I literally was an idiot. How did I even get accepted into this college?
