Insomnia

Mikasa POV

I fight the sleep trying to overtake me. The nightmares just won't stop coming. 'ACEPT ME LET ME OUT AND EMBRACE ME IM THE KEY'
Was screamed within my head during the night. The dark Titan in my dreams keeps haunting me killing all of the people I hold dear over and over again. I just don't even sleep anymore. I push my body and show no signs that I am sleep deprived. I walk out to the training grounds and take out my 3dmg and shoot myself into the forest area we have within the walls. Sitting inside was fake wooden Titans with pads on there necks on the nape. I guide my body through the forest and in a haze I cut them all down in record time. Before activating my Titan form I was never this fast or strong. I swing through the forest pushing myself to my limit. I feel everything around me it feels so surreal. When I finally land I have hit every target within the forest. I hear a faint rustle. "Who's there show your self." I yell with authority in my voice. "It's just me mikasa." I voice says as I continue to hear things shuffle in the plants that reside in the forest. With me still on alert my pupils begin to slit and dilate. Days without sleep can really do a number on your body. "I know you haven't been sleeping I just wanted to know if you where ok. Four days without sleep can make you sick please just go to sleep mikasa." The figure said. "I can't go to sleep you do not understand and this is none of your concern. It's not like it's something you can understand anyway." I Finnish feeling even more drowsy with the adrenaline wearing off. "Mikasa I know what you are going through, if you just let me help you you'll be able to sleep come one back to the dorms." The figure tried to plead with me. The word sleep struck fear deep inside me. The dark Titan killing me and the ones I love over and over again. "No I shout leave me be I don't need you to help me you do not understand what I'm going though." I state backing up preparing to flee. "YES I DO MIKASA" yelled the figure walking out into the moonlight it was Annie in her training gear. She looked tired and stressed like she has been worrying about something for a while. "Mikasa just listen to me and come back to the dorm I understand more then you know and I have someone that can help you. He helped all of us." Annie whispers. I ponder on weather going back to the dorm is a good idea I could just run away from her constant pestering or just follow her. After a while of thinking I decide to follow her. I wonder how this is going to go. "RUN AWAY! KILL HER! BATHE IN HER BLOOD AND CLAIM YOUR VICTORY!" Crap if this keeps happening I'm going to be in a really bad situation. "Mikasa hello earth to mikasa" Annie says to me. "Yeah I'm here what's wrong" I reply. " you spaced out and you were mumbling something are you ok"? She finishes. I know that if I keep walking by her I'll do something I regret. "Nothing I am just tired I'll meet you another day I just remembered that I had cleaning duty with Levi today I should do that now. I then rush away from Annie and cringe when I hear her call after me. For once I'm glad for cleaning duty. I rush into the stables and clean super fast. I don't want to run into horse face or Levi. They are to pressuring and I have no time for there concern. After about ten minuets I Finnish and head back to the walls. The only way I am going to get answers is if I go to where it all started. The basement is my only option. I grip the key that resides underneath my shirt. I equip my 3dmg and I stock up on extra gas and blades. I am going to need them when the time comes. I call for shadow my loyal and faithful steed and we go across the wall. No one will know where I have gone. And no one will know that I even left until day brake and by that time if I time it right I should be close to my destination. LET ME GO! SET ME FREE FROM YOUR MIND AND EMBRACE WHAT YOU TRULY ARE!  The dark Titan raged on as I rode my horse across the felid. I can't trust my own thoughts anymore.

Ok guys I know this chapter was kinda whack in my opinion but comment on what you want to see and it might happen😝 what do you think is going to happen with mikasa what is she gonna find. How are the others going to react when they find her gone
