Sorry for any mistakes :(

Kendra's POV

We met up with Veronica as we got to the car waiting for us. It was a new car and I noticed a different driver. When did he get here? I didn't hear Eric call anyone while I was in the dressing room.

I shrug it off and sit in the back with Veronica while he sits in the passenger seat.

"What dress did you pick?" Veronica whispers to me even though I am pretty sure the two men sitting in the front can hear her.

"The white and silver one." I replied and handed her the bag that my dress was in. She took a peak and gave me a thumbs ups with a grin indicating that she liked my choice.

"Here are the white sandals I got you. I had a feeling you would pick that one."

She handed me the shoe box and I looked inside to see plain white handles with the insides of the laces that will be facing my skin were the color gold. I grinned and matched her before with a thumbs up and a matching grin.

We sat the rest of the way in silence back to the Kinsley products building. When we got there a half an hour later before I could even open the door the driver opened it for me. I gave him a smile which he returned but it quickly went away as Eric stepped out the front seat after ending a call with his parents. He assured them that he was bringing his girlfriend to meet them. I got a little bit more nervous listening to the phone call.

I walked next to Veronica as the sound of her heels were heard. She looked like a real business women. The kind you would see on TV.

I didn't say anything to Eric as he simply walked away with people greeting him on his way to the elevator and most likely to his office. I got dragged by Veronica down a hall I didn't go down before. I followed her to a room with a black carpet and white walls. I am guessing Eric Kinsley likes black and white. I walked in and felt the smoothness of the rug from my toes that poked out from my flip flops.

I sat down in one of the seats next to a desk full of things set out, "What is all of this?" I ask Veronica who sits the bag next to the desk.

"This is everything we'll need to get you ready. I set everything out for you. I'll do your makeup and hair. There's not much we have to do because your going to the Kinsley house not in public. It's not too fancy, but I mean it is the Kinsley's were talking about."

I laughed as she started grabbing makeup before walking up to me and hammering away at my face. I never understood how normal girls liked doing this. Robin sure did have fun considering the whole new face mask she puts over her real face everyday.

I didn't say anything and silence fell between us. The only sounds heard were the sounds of brushes and pallets clinking open and shut and banging against others.

She finished my left eye and stood back looking at me like I was a piece of art at a museum. She was judging her work and seemed to be proud of it when a bright grin made it's way on her face.

She turned my head a little and scanning through every single stroke of a brush she made. She was definitely a perfectionist from what I could tell. Celeste only did my makeup once and she did the same. When I told her it was just not my thing she gasps and told me about every single women loving putting on makeup. What's so fun about it?

I smiled and did a model pose as she searched my now makeup full face. She laughed and handed me a mirror.

I almost gasped at the final result. She managed to topple a bunch of makeup on me but yet it looked all natural. When I turned back to her awaiting my reaction. I saw her sigh of relief when I smiled.

I barley ever wore makeup so it was like I was looking at a whole new better version of myself.

"Here, get dressed and then I'll I be back." Veronica says as I sit the mirror down and take the dress and shoes from her hands.

Once she leaves I slip out of my t-shirt and pants. I replace my flip-flops with the sandals once the dress was on. I pushed the dress down a little before looking into the long mirror hanging on the wall.

I turn around and smile at how different I look. It's a good different and I like it. I frown thinking about what I have to do in this dress. I am not happy with that.

A knock came from the door and I didn't answer knowing it was Veronica. After I was silent she walked inside. I turned around to ask her how I looked when I realized it wasn't Veronica.

Standing at the door and looking at me from head to toe was Eric Kinsley. I cleared my throat and met his eyes.

"Will this do Mr.Kinsley?" I asked in my fake sweet voice that he knows so well by now.

He rolls his eyes at me and simply nods, "This will do. My car is outside so we can leave now."

I take a deep breath starting to get a little nervous but still followed him out the door from the room I was in, down the hall and into the entrance area of the building where Veronica was working at the front desk. When she saw us she smiled at me and gave me an encouraging thumbs up. I smiled back even though I was freaking out inside.

We walked out the door to a car waiting on the carb. It was one jaw dropping one but this time there wasn't a driver. I was confused until Eric walked over to the drivers side opening the door. He looked at me still standing on the curb, "Are you going to get into the car or stand there looking dumb?"

I glared at him which he returned, I huffed out before getting into the car's passenger seat as he sat in the drivers side.

I stared straight ahead and ignored him. We sat in silence as he drove me to hell.
