Chapter 6

"Wake up Arina"

The voice echoed in my peaceful sleep.

"Come on Arina, I know you can"

I was so tired, mentally and physically.

"Come on"

I slowly tried to open my eyes. After a few tries I managed to open them.

"Who said that?" I asked. Looking around I was right where I passed out.

"Follow my voice Arina"

Hesitantly, I followed, walking towards that light I saw before. Nothing hurt, which was weird. I began walking around and came to a certain room. The walls were the cave but in the middle a pool of water. The water began to float around and suddenly made a person. Someone I thought I'd never see again.

"Mom?"

"Hello Arina" she said smiling. The image of her was clear and I could see through her but at least I could talk to her.

"How?"

"The deeper into the elvin lands you go, the more spiritual it becomes" she explained.

"Wow" I said shocked, "did you save me?"

"Of course I did Arina" she said.

"I love spending time with you and talking to you but I really need to get back" I said quietly.

"I understand, the way out is through several tunnels."

"Okay" I said not moving. I wanted to leave, to go find Ren and make sure he was okay; but I was talking to Nadina, I could see her. That's something that I never thought I could do again.

"What's wrong?" she asked.

"I don't want to leave yet.." I mumbled.

"Come" she said. I walked closer and sat at the edge of the pond and she soon sat beside me.

"It was you warning me about Jasmine before, wasn't it?" she nodded.

"Why?"

"All I can say is she is not who she seams" my mom said.

"What about this half-sibling I have?" I asked remember King Edrick's story.

A sad look appeared on her face, " we did have a child yes. A little girl. When we were attacked, and after I gave birth I blacked out. I woke up moments after with my youngest daughter gone from my arms. I only saw her for a little while, enough time to name her.."

"So I have a half-sister" I said more to myself then her.

She smiled, "Yes, her name is Leilani."

"Where could I find her?"

"Perhaps with the rebels that attacked. Royals know not much of them but perhaps your friend Aylward could help?"

I sighed, "I hope he will."

"I know you will find her, let her know that I loved her as muh as you and Ren" I nodded at her request. Of course I would tell her, no doubt about it.

"Will I ever see you again if I leave?" I whispered.

"Perhaps, who knows what the future will bring for you Arina" she replied smiling.

"I miss you, I really do but-"

"I know Arina, it's fine, go. I'll always be with you if you need me" she said.
