Chapter 7
Arina POV
Hungry. I was hungry, but all the supplies and food was with everyone else. I sighed, this was going to be a long walk. Now I guess I had several options, trying to make a portal or communicating with them. One problem however, I was pretty tired after that fall and I have no energy. Wait, is that two problems? Whatever, too tired to argue with myself, my own stubbornness will refuse to let me sleep. Oh why was I do stupid?
"Hunter!!" a small voice yelled. I was about to turn around when I was tackled to the ground. I looked up and saw Bark. Aww he was even cuter than last time.
"Hey Bark" I said getting up. It seemed like he had gotten shorter and his brown hair lighter. I had to admit it was cute that he had a leaf on his head, it was like a hat for him.
"Hunter has retuned!" he yelled running around.
"Missed you too" I said smiling at him.
He stopped running and looked up at me, "What brings hunter here?"
"Well was with Aylward, Sage Jasmine and my brother but kind of lost them" I explained.
"Bark help Bark help!" he yelled.
I laughed, "Sure Bark, I’d love your help."
I began walking more as Bark ran in circles around me, he was just so cute! What was frustrating though was how big the elf lands are. I could tell the sun was about to set and I was exhausted.
"What's wrong?" Bark asked.
"I'm just tired, I think I’m going to stop and rest" I answered.
"Okay, Bark will keep looking!" before I could protest he was off running around.
Snap!
I jerked awake at the noise. Looking around really fast, I saw nothing and that's what scared me most.
"Hello?" I yelled into the dark. No answer. I was about to lay down when I heard footsteps.
"Who-" I was cut short by someone's hand covering my mouth. I tried talking but nothing but a muffle came out. I bit down on the hand and it still didn't release me. That's when I felt something soft pressed against my mouth. I felt faint, and sleepy. My eyes began to close as I hit the hard earth.

Ren's POV
"We've been going in circles!" Sage yelled. His complaining was getting quite old.
"Is he always like this?" I asked Aylward.
"Sadly, yes."
"Sage" I said.
"What?" he said looking back at the group.
"I think you should calm down, perhaps there is somewhere we could go that Arina would go" I suggested.
"Fine" he mumbled.
We began to follow Aylward as he led us somewhere, they wouldn’t tell me where which was even more frustrating. I began thinking of what happened to Arina and it scared me. Though we did not grow up together I still had that brotherly instinct with her. I wondered what it would have been like if we grew up together here I the elf lands. What would have our lives been like? Maybe I would have met our parents.
"We're almost there" Aylward said.
"Yup its-" Sage was cut short by a small figure tackling him to the ground.
"What the?" I was cut short my Aylward,
"Just wait for it."
I did wait and a second later Sage was up and the small figure was jumping up and down. He looked to be a sprite of some sorts or guardian.
