Chapter 7

"I'm glad it's Friday. End of the week!" I said to my friends.

"You free on Saturday?" Asked Henry.

"Yeah we're free" said Zoe and Elise.

"Same" said Jackson.

"How bout you?" Henry asked me.

"Yeah, I'm free. Do you guys wanna hang out in my house?" I asked them.

"OMG OMG YES TOTALLY" all of them said excitedly.

"But remember guys, ACT NORMAL. Not like Isaac is Zac Efron or something okay?" I reminded them. 

They all nodded and agreed.

"See you guys on Saturday!" I said to them as I walked out of school.

"WAIT! YOU FORGOT ISAAC, MEL AND LILY!!" Elise yelled at me.

"Oh my choco loco!" I ran all the way to their classes. "THANKS ELISE!" I shouted to her.

Phew. Good thing I ran..

Once I ran to get them I found mom's car, so we hopped in and dove to Madi's school. We all went back home. 

"Now, I keep forgetting to tell you all, but we're moving house next week, so we might need to do some cleaning and maybe getting rid of some toys." said mom

"Surez." I said as I ate my muesli bar.

Once we entered home, I went to the study room and did my homework until Isaac entered the room.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

I looked at the door, there Isaac was standing. WHAT DO I SAY WHAT DO I SAY.

"Hii.." I said.

That was the most cheesiest 'Hi' ever.

"Hey, just wanted to see what you were up to." he said.

"Just homework that Dad gives me." I said as I looked at my homework sheet trying not to look at him.

"Cool." He said.

"You know, he might give a whole lot of homework to you too." I said as I lifted one eyebrow.

"Youch. I'm terrible at Maths, but maybe Dad can help." he said.

I gave a little giggle. He giggled as well.

"Do you mind if I ask? You don't have to answer this but, where's your Mom and Dad?" I asked.

"Well.. My Mom and Dad divorced.. Our family before wasn't stable. Dad would leave now and then and Mom would sometimes leave for a month and then come back but would only stay for a day. She didn't really care about us, unlike your mom." He explained as he looked down.

"Oh.. I'm sorry.. I hope you're okay.." I said to him with a broken smile.

"It's fine. I'm glad that I have this family. You guys are very nice, kind and welcoming." He said to me with a big happy smile.

That smile again, that charming smile. Sometimes I wish I could just say 'Thank You' everytime he smiled.
