Chapter 8

After a WHOLE LOT OF STUDYING, we ate dinner and had some chocolate brownies with ice cream for desert.

"I'm taking a shower" I said.

"So am I" said Madi.

After we took a shower, we went to my room and talked a little bit. Since we were REALLY tired, we went to sleep straight away.

THE NEXT MORNING

I woke up early! YAYYAYAY!! I guess I woke up early because I'm excited to see my friends. 

I decided that I wanted to wear overalls, and I paired that with some Converse Sneakers. 9:00 AM, they all arrived. My friends are people who DO NOT like being late. They are always on time or sometimes they are 2 minutes early from the time they are supposed to come. Which is why I think they are incredibly organised people.

We sat down in the living room, and mom baked us apple pie. We were playing games on the TV and we were talking and talking and talking. A few minutes later, Elise spotted Isaac. Elise whispered to Zoe, then Zoe whispered to Jackson and it just went on. I KNEW THIS WAS GOING TO HAPPEN.

"REMEMBER NO ZAC EFRON" I whispered.

"Ooooohhh yah!" They all whispered and remembered.

These kids.. They're the most coolest friends ever but sometimes I think they're turning into Grandmas and Grandpas.

We continued on playing games, and pretended like there was no Zac Efron.

"Hi Isaac!" Said Henry to Isaac.

Oh dear. PLEASE DON'T RUIN IT!

I gave the 'REMEMBER DON'T DO IT' look to Henry.

Henry looked at me and gave me the 'It's fine' look. 

Don't mess up. Don't mess up. Those were the words repeatedly written in my brain.

"Hey!" Isaac said and left.

PHEW! 

"I would've messed your face up if you MESSED UP BAD!!" I whispered.

"Hey, I didn't mess up!" Henry said with both his hands up.

I sighed. We all sighed.

When it was 5 pm, all of my friends left. I love having them over, the house just becomes 10 times fun when they're here.
