We were all on the dinner table eating dinner.
"Since it is near the holidays, Dad and I have paid for plane tickets to Tokyo and London." Mom said excitedly.
My Father is from Japan, and my mother is from England. Every year we go to London and Tokyo to visit my grandparents.
"Wow! Tokyo and London! This should be exciting!" Madi said as she looked at Isaac, Lily, Mel and me.
My mom smiled.
"You guys will all be sitting next to each other, and your Father and I will sit together near you all."
I was excited mainly because I was spending time with my crush. After the news, I was so desperate to Skype my best friends and tell them about what mom said.
