THE DEPARTING DAY TO LONDON & TOKYO
----------------------------------------
"WAKE UP!" Madi shouted.
I woke up yawning. Forgetting what day it was today.
"WE'RE GOING ON HOLIDAY!" Madi shouted once again.
I woke up straight away, up on my bed.
"OMG!" I shouted with a big grin on my face. "What time is the flight?" I asked.
"Mom said the flight was at 6 pm, but she said it's best to leave home at 4.30 pm." Madi replied.
"Wait but then if our flight is at 6 pm, why did you wake me up at 6 AM?!" I asked her.
"Oh.. yeah. I think I got a bit too excited.." said Madi with a cheeky grin. "Have you picked your outfit yet?" she asked.
"Yeah, it's on my dresser. I didn't want to be TOO fancy so I just picked out some leggings and a sweater." I said.
"You should change, and shower. That way, you'll be feeling refreshed on the plane. That's what mom said." Said Madi as she walked out of the door.
I got out of bed, took my phone and decided to text my friends for a while. After that, I finally got out of bed and went to my bathroom to brush my hair, shower and put on my clothes. Madi was right, you do feel refreshed! I decided I wanted to do my hair in two french braids down the side.
I walked into the kitchen.
"Morning!" Dad said as he was pouring pancake batter into the pan. "Since we can't go to London in one flight, we'll have to go to Singapore and then London."
"Oh okay." I said as I took an apple.
"But it also means that the trip in total will probably take more than 14 hours." He said as he took the maple syrup from the fridge.
"WHAT?!" I said in a shocking voice.
"Mhm! But it's fine. Singapore's airport has some really cool stuff! So it will keep all of you kids entertained." He said.
"Did you tell the rest of us this?!" I asked him.
"Yes, I told Madi and she's happy!" He said as he gave a little chuckle.
"My God." I said as I took a bite of my apple. "Thanks for the news." I said sarcastically as I walked to the dining table.
"Morning!" Said Isaac.
HE SAID HI! Whoops. Maybe don't get too excited.
"Hi!" I said with a smile.
"You're up early." He said.
"What? Is it like I'm NEVER early?" I said with a giggle. "Madi woke me up, she's such an early bird."
"Exactly.. She woke me up as well...." He said as he ate his pancake.
"Where's Lily and Mel?" I asked him as I sat down.
"Oh they're in Madi's room playing." He said.
"Oh." I said in a normal voice.
