Chapter 1:
*SCHOOL BELL RINGS*
"Let's go back to class, or else we'll be late." said my best friend, Elise.
"Yeah, sure" said my other best friend, Zoe.
Before I get on to the story, let me introduce everyone.
My name is Summer Fukuhara and I have dark caramel hair, dark black eyes and light tan skin. I'm only 12 years old, but my life has a lot going on.
I live with my mom, dad and little sister, Melody.
I have four best friends and their names are Zoe, Elise, Jackson and Henry.
And one other thing that you kinda sorta need to know. But be sure to keep my secret. I have a crush on this special boy, and his name is Isaac Davison. He's slightly taller than me and he has dark blonde hair and brown eyes. He's funny and kind to me.

PRESENT TIME:
"FINALLY, I've been dying to get out of this class." said Zoe.
"SAMEEEE" said Jackson and Henry.
"Mum said you guys can come over to my house if you want." I said.
They all agreed to come, so we went to my house and we had lemonade and cookies.
"Hey, Summer." Elise said to me as she took a cookie.
"Yeahhhhhh?" I asked her.
"When are you going to confess to Isaac?" She said
"I dunno when.. I might confess on the last day of school.." I said.
"You definitely should confess to him. Just imagine, he might like you back!" said Henry.
I sighed deeply. I was unsure of whether I should tell Isaac I like him. I've had a crush on him since the 4th grade, and I kinda think he likes me but I also have a part of me that says 'He doesn't like you'.
