It wasn't a very busy day at 1-6.Just people typing up their last DD5s.After everyone left ,Liv and El were the last ones left in the squadroom finishing their paperwork.
"Ok",Olivia said so loud it startled Elliot."I think i'm done for the day",she said getting up from her chair and retrieving her coat from the back of it.
"Wow,new record,you actually got done before me",Elliot said in a playful manner."The world should know this",he said with a smirk.
"Oh shut up El",she said,playfully smacking him on the chest."I'm just glad I get to put my kids to bed for a change.So,what do you say,should we leave this joint?Well actually,you don't have much of a choice,because I have the keys to the squad car and that means you leave when I leave.",Liv said matter of factly.
"I don't even have to ride home,I live just three blocks from the precinct.Or did you forget?"
"Well then,that means i'm heading out.See you tomorrow El.And please don't crash in the cribs again,you need to go home for once."
"Yeah,I'll do that,,thanks."

THE BENSON-EVANS RESIDENCE
QUEENS,NEW YORK
When Olivia walked through the door of her Townhouse,she was immediatly greeted with the joyful laughter of toddlers.
Following the sound,it lead her to the bathroom where her husband,Carlisle was busy bathing their four year old twins,Madison and Mason .The door was slighty ajar,so she could hear everything they're talking.She was about to knock when Mason spoke up.
"Daddy?"
"Yes kiddo?"
"Where's mommy?"
"She has to wor-"
"She's right here!",Olivia yelled walking in.
"Mommy!!",the twins yelled in a unison,both wrapping their arms around Olivia's neck.
"You're home early",Carlisle spoke up,taking one of the twins from Olivia.
"Yeah,it was a slow day."
"Oh,"he said."Do you mind finishing up here and putting them to bed?I've had a very long day at work,but made time to be with my kids,unlike you!"
"Look,can we not do this in front of our kids?!",Liv whispered harshly.
"You know what,I don't wanna do this.Laurel and Peyton are in their rooms.I'm heading to bed.Goodnight babies."Carlisle said kissing the twins on their foreheads then turning,walking down the hall to their bedroom.
