ELLIOT'S POV

I paced the waiting corridor in the hospital like a mad man,waiting for news on Liv and the baby,'What if's' going through my head. I've already called the squad and since we are at Mercy,Carlisle was informed. I stopped my pacing when I saw Carlisle running my direction.

"My wife. WHERE'S MY WIFE?!",Carlisle yelled at me.

"She's in the OR.",the squad also arrived at that time.

"YOU! It's all your fault!!",Carlisle seethed,punching me sqaure in the jaw. I wanted to fight back but Fin held me back.

"Leave it man.",said Fin. Just then the doctor came out.

"Family of Olivia Benson-Evans?",the whole squad came forward.

"Immediate family only." both Carlisle and I stepped up.

"I'm her partner.",I said.

"Yeah,but Dr.Evans is her husband. Sorry.",the doctor said.

"Please tell me something good,Chris.",Carlisle asked the doctor.

"She had internal bleeding,which caused her to flatline. But we were able to stop the bleeding. She should be up and jumping in week or so.",The doctor explained.

"Can I see her?"

"She's sleeping right now,she needs rest. But I can allow one person in there."

"Thank you.",said carlisle. "And my baby?"

"Perfectly healthy baby boy."

"Oh thank god another boy.",Carlisle said smiling. I just stood there watching Carlisle walk off to Liv's room.

NOBODY'S POV

Carlisle entered Liv's hospital room to see her already awake,staring out the window

"Liv?",Carlisle asked. She turned around and looked at him.

"Baby.",Carlisle went to hug her,but not too hard.

"How are you feeling?",he asked.

"Like I've been in an accident AND gave birth.",Liv joked."I wanna see my baby boy."

"I'll have a nurse bring him.",Carlisle said walking out. He returned a few minutes later with their baby boy.
"He's a very healthy little boy,almost weights a ton."

"Can I hold him.",Liv asked.

"Sure. Look there's mommy.",he cooes at the baby as he handed him to Liv. Liv took him with a huge smile plastered on her face.

"Why aren't you momma's strong boy. Who's mommy's strong boy? You are,yes you are.",Liv said while rubbing her nose against the baby's.

"We still need to name him.",Carlisle spoke. "What do you have in mind?"

"How 'bout Eli in honour of Elliot,because he saved us?",Liv asked.

"Yeah,sounds perfect.",Carlisle went to sit behind Liv,wrapping his arms around both Liv and the baby. He turned Liv's head to him and kissed her deeply.

Neither one of them even noticed Elliot watching through the small window in the door.

ELLIOT'S POV.

'Liv don't need me. She's got a family of her own. And what have I got? Absolutely nothing.'

Elliot thought as he saw them kiss while holding their little bundle of joy.

"I Love you Liv.",he said to himself before walking out.
