"Mason,honey,go back into the bedroom and wait for mommy on the bed,okay?",Olivia said,thankful for the fogged up shower doors.When Carlisle finally pulled out of her,she quickly grabbed her robe and put it on.She walked into her bedroom to see Mase waiting for her on the bed,just like she told him to.
"Are you okay,mommy?",he asked.
"Mommy's fine.Why would mommy not be?"
"I heard you crying.I had to see if you were okay."
"Mommy weren't crying honey."
"Then what were those 'OOH','AAH' noises?",Mase asked innocently.
"It's something we'll explain to you when you're older.",Carlisle said,emerging from the bathroom fully clothed,having heard everything Mason asked.
Just then Olivia's cellphone rang.
"Benson.",she answered knowing everyone at work still called her by her maiden name.
"Really,on my day off ?...Yeah i'll be there shortly,meet you there El."
"And there we go again.",Carlisle said angrily.
"Mase,can you please give mommy and daddy a minute?",Olivia asked.Mason nodded and left the room quietly.
"Do you really expect me to just ignore my job?My job is pretty important.",Liv said,whilst getting dressed.
"Oh and mine ain't? I'M A DOCTER FOR FUCK'S SAKE,OLIVIA.I SAVE PEOPLE'S LIVES!!",he yelled at her,causing her flinch.
"SO DO I,DUMBASS.YOU KNEW THE CONSEQUENCES OF MARRYING A DETECTIVE,SO NOW YOU HAVE TO FACE IT.IF YOU CAN'T,THEN I THINK IT'S BEST WE GET A DIVORCE!!",she yelled even louder,taking her wedding ring off ,throwing it against his chest then storming out of the room.
SVU SQUADROOM,
16TH PRECINCT,
MANHATTAN,NY.
About half an hour later, Olivia walked into the sqaudroom.she went straight to her desk not even acknowledging the people staring at her.Elliot walked up to her, having noticed her red and puffy eyes and the absence of her wedding band.
"You okay Liv?",he asked.
"I'm fine.",she said,not looking up.
"Wanna talk about it?"
"I said I'm fine Elliot!!",she yelled,getting up and storming up to the cribs.
"What's wrong with Liv?",asked Fin asked.
"I don't know,but I'm gonna find out.",Elliot said heading up to the cribs.He knocked on the door.When he didn't get an answer,he slowly opened the door.
"Liv?",and there he saw her lying on the furthest bunk,crying.
"Liv,honey,what's wrong."
"We had a huge fight,El. I asked him for a divorce.",she said sobbing.
"About what?",he asked.
"About my job.He thinks I spend too much time here than with him and the kids.",she sighed."He even accused me of sleeping with you.",she added,barely above a whisper.
"HE DID WHAT?!",Elliot yelled standing up." You know what,I'm gonna go give him a piece of my mind!",he stormed out.Olivia followed suit.
"ELLIOT NO!",she yelled,grabbing him by his arm,stopping him.They were now standing in the middle of the bullpen.Everyone turned to look at them.Cragen even came out of his office because of the commotion.
"THIS IS BETWEEN ME AND MY HUSBAND.YOU STAY OUT OF IT!!",she yelled.
"WELL,,HE KIND OF ALREADY MADE ME PART OF IT!",he yelled,storming out the bullpen.
