The next day.

Liv strolled into the precinct all happy and cheery. She greeted everyone with a bright smile on her face. Her smile quickly vanished when she saw Elliot sitting at his desk. She sat down and began working on her paperwork without greeting Elliot. He just stared at her.

"Quit staring El.",Olivia finally said.

"Well good morning to you.",he said sarcastically.She just stared at him. "Are you just gonna go on and pretend like nothing happened?", he asked.

"Well,nothing did happen.", she said, cool and calm.

"Are you kidding me right now?",he asked, quite angry with her.

"Would you just drop it? I'm a married woman,El."

"A married woman about to divorce."

"Not anymore.",she said quietly. That statement instantly caught Elliot's attention.

"Excuse me?"

"You heard me.",She said getting up.

"What? You running now?"

"I'm going to the ladies room. You wanna join me?",Liv asked angrily in a sarcastic manner. Elliot just looked at her. Liv walked off.

After Elliot were sure she was out of sight,he followed. He made sure that the she was alone in there. After he was certain she's alone,he went in. She was washing her hands when he walked in.

"The men's room is nextdoor,you know.",she stated,turning around to face him.

"What did you mean by 'not anymore' ?",he asked, cutting right to the chase.

"It doesn't concern you.",she simply said.

"After you kissed me...yeah it does.",he said matter-of-factly. "So...what did you mean by it?"

"I meant i'm not getting divorced anymore."

"Why the hell not?!",he almost yelled.

"I'm pregnant with his child,Elliot. I don't want my kids growing up like I did...without a father!!",she yelled before storming out of the restroom. After a few seconds Elliot also left the restroom. He walked in the squad room and saw Liv sitting there going through case files. He was about to apologize for his behaviour,but was cut off by Cragen.

"Olivia and Elliot, you two are on stakeout duty outside our perp's apartment. He should return sometime. Off you go."
They got up and left.

Outside the perp's apartment.

Liv and El has been sitting in that car,in an awkward silence,for two and a half hours now. Neither dared to say a word. Olivia stared out the window when Elliot finally broke the silence.

"Look Liv,I'm sorry about earlier.",he said. Liv turned to face him. "I had no right to get angry."

"Yeah, you're right. You had no right to decide what I had to do with my marriage. It's MY marriage, not OURS!",she yelled.

"I know. I'm sorry.",El said softly. Olivia's anger subsided.

"I'm sorry I led you on like that. It was wrong of me.",she said.

"I wanted it. And we both know you wanted it too.",Elliot said,placing a hand on her cheek. He leaned in and kissed her softly. Olivia did nothing to stop it,but instead kissed him back. Hard. Things soon turned heated and somehow they ended up on the backseat of the sedan. They started to take each other's clothing off. Once both of them were naked,Elliot asked.

"Are you sure you wanna do this,Liv?",she nodded and kissed him. He gently pushed himself inside her,letting her adjust to his size. Olivia started to moan. Elliot pushed himself inside her fully and started to thrust slowly,at first. The thrusts soon became faster and more rough,but Olivia didn't mind.

"Aaah Liv...you feel so good.",El whispered in her ear.

"I want more El. Give me more.",Liv moaned. Elliot obliged and started to thrust faster. They both reached their climax's and came together. Liv turned them over and rested on top of Elliot.

"We should probably get dressed and get going. Our perp's not coming home and I want to go see my kids.",said Liv. Elliot nodded.

"Yeah. We probably should."

They both got dressed in silence. After they were done dressing,they silently drove to Olivia's place.
