"Who's coming home with momma and daddy today? It's you Eli,it's you.",Liv talked to her new born baby in the carrier as Carlisle got her things.

"The kids can't wait to meet you.",Carlisle added. Eli let out a yawn. "Awwwe. Is daddy's boy sleepy?"

"Okay,so the discharge papers are signed. I'm more than ready to get out of here. We both are.",Liv said walking out the room with Eli. Carlisle followed.

"Let me help you with that.",Carlisle said attempting to take the carrier but she stopped him.

"I'm fine. I can handle it."

They made their way down to their car. Carlisle strapped little Eli in his car seat then helped Liv get in the passenger seat. They drove home in silence.

QUEENS,NEW YORK

When they stepped foot into their home, Liv was immediately welcomed with warm hugs from all of her children.

"Mom can I hold him?",Laurel asked.

"Sure sweetie.",Liv positioned Eli in her arms. Everyone surrounded Laurel.

"He's the cutest baby I've ever seen.",said Peyton. "I wanna hold him next."

"I'm never giving him up.",Laurel said.Peyton tried to take Eli from her but she didn't budge.

"Give him to me!",Peyton kept on trying.

"I'm the oldest. I give him up when I wanna.",Laurel smarted off.

"Oldest my ass.",Peyton scoffed.

"Guys,guys. Eli is not some doll to fight over. He's a living,breathing, human being.",Liv started. She turned to Laurel." Laurel let your sister have a turn to hold him.",Laurel handed Eli to Peyton. Liv started up the stairs but stopped and turned around. "Oh and Peyton...",Peyton looked up from Eli to her mother. "I won't allow that kind of language in my house. Here's toddlers running around and they don't need to be talking like that tomorrow."

"Yes mother.",said Peyton. Everyone got a turn to hold Eli,including Gina, Carlisle's mother. Liv came down a few minutes later.

"I think it's time I fed the little guy.",Liv said walking up to Gina who's holding Eli.

"He's such a cute baby Liv.",said Gina.

"Yeah,yeah he is.",she took Eli from his grandmother and sat down beside her on the couch. When she opened up her breast,Eli almost immediately latched onto it.

"Well someone's hungry after going from hand to hand.",Liv stated. Eli just kept on sucking. When he was done,Liv stood up and burped him.

"How's my sexy wife and adorable son doing?",Carlisle asked as he wrapped his arms around both of them.

"Oh we're just fine. Your 'adorable son' here is fighting against sleep.",she said as she looked into Eli's sleepy eyes.

"Let me try.",Carlisle offered. Liv handed Eli over to him. He started singing Love me Tender to him and almost immediately the baby's eyes closed. He went upstairs to lay Eli in his bassinet and Liv followed. After he layed Eli down, he kissed his forehead, turned out the main light and closed the door just a little. Olivia stood outside the room,amazed at how good Carlisle still is with kids. I mean,he had four children before. One doesn't make a difference.

"What?",Carlisle asked.

"How did you do that?"

"Do what?"

"Get him to sleep so fast?"

"I guess he knows that's his mommy and daddy's favourite song.",Carlisle said walking down the hall. He stopped in front of their room. "...or maybe I just got that magic touch.",he called to Liv still standing there.

"Yeah right.",she scoffed. She started towards their room too.

"Oh you know I do babe.",Carlisle said lifting Liv into his arms. He threw her onto the bed forgetting something. He quickly realised what he forgot when he saw the pained expression on her face.

"Oh my God Liv! I am so,so sorry.",he apologized. "I forgot for a minute there."

"It's okay Carlisle. I just wanna go to sleep now.",she said laying on her side of the bed. She turned out her light leaving Carlisle in the dark sitting on his side of the bed.
