"Oh please, that's not all you've got! Take all of me like the whore I know you are!" he then pushed himself all the way inside of Liv's mouth, causing her to gag.
"That's it, you little slut!"
All Liv could do was sob as her husband continued to sexually assualt her.
This was way more than the 'short fuse' Elliot had mentioned awhile back.
...
The image at the bottom of the stairs horrified the oldest Benson-Evans kid.
After Peyton had calmed down, Laurel had got up to check if her parents were still downstairs because it has gotten significantly quiet.
When she was halfway down the steps, she stopped dead in her tracks.
She wasn't ready to see the image of her mother on her knees in front of her father. IT. WAS. TRAUMATIZING.
It was her father cruel words and her mother's noticeable sobbing that pushed Laurel to the edge. A loud sob escaped her mouth, causing the two adults to immediately stop what they were doing.
Liv immediately got up off her knees and looked behind her. There she saw her oldest daughter.
"Laurel..." she breathed. With that, the teen turned around and rushed to her room, slamming her door. Liv rushed after her. When she got to her daughters' door, she found that it was locked.
"Laurel, sweetie, please let me in. We didn't mean for you to see that." Liv pleaded.
From inside, Peyton was now the one comforting Laurel.
"Laurel what happened? What did you see?" she asked.
"Dad...mom...on her knees... Forcing her..." she said between sobs.
"Dad forced mom on her knees? What for?" her question was so innocent. But then shock washed over her face, realization dawning on her.
"He sexually assaulted her..." she said softly, tears beginning to form in her eyes. Their mother's pleas could still be heard from outside.Liv knocked and pleaded, but to no avail. Seeing she was getting no where, she burst out crying, sliding down the door. She pulled her knees up to her chest, laying her head on them, and continued to sob loudly.
She didn't even noticed when Carlisle approached her.
"Liv..." he said softly. Her head snapped up and she buried herself deeper against the door.
"You stay away from me," she seethed.
"I'm sorry," he said, bending down to touch her cheek. She jerked her head away.
"Don't touch me!" she yelled. As if on cue, the baby started crying. Liv got up and went to tend to her baby boy.
...
The next morning
Liv called into work the next morning. She was still lying in bed, too depressed to stand up, leaving Carlisle, who slept on the couch, to tend to the kids. She didn't even look up when he entered the room.
"Hey," he said, going to sit at her feet that were curled up. "I know you're awake, but I just wanted to let you know that the kids woke a few minutes ago." when she didn't respond, he got up and left for the kitchen to prepare breakfast.
Upon entering the kitchen, he saw their two daughters sitting at the kitchen counter, probably waiting on their mother. When they saw him, instant scowls appeared on their faces.
"Morning," he said to them, only receiving glares of disgust. "Where's your brother?"
"Brushing his teeth," Peyton answered emotionless. "Baby's still sleeping."
"Okay, well your mother isn't feeling so good, so you get me this morning," he said.
"Wonder why's that?" Laurel chimed in, sarcastically.
"What was that?" Carlisle asked, tired of their tones.
"I said, I wonder why is that," she challenged him, looking him dead in the eyes.
"You know what, you little brat, I-" he was cut off by his son's arms wrapping around his legs from behind.
"Morning, daddy!" he exclaimed, oblivious to the tension hanging in the air.

SVU SQUAD ROOM
16TH PRECINCTThat morning when Elliot walked into the squad room, he instantly noticed Liv's empty desk. Fin was the first to notice his presence.
"Morning man, you look like shit. Late night?" Fin said.
"Morning, uh, where's Liv?" he asked, ignoring Fin's comment on his hungover appearance.
"She called into work. She's not feeling too good." Cragen answered, stepping out of his office. A worried look instantly crossed Elliot mind.
'She was just fine last night,' Elliot wondered to himself. 'I hope it's nothing serious.'
As the day went on, Elliot's worries got the best of him, and he finally decided to go check on Liv on his lunch break. Something in his gut told him that Liv was not okay.
When he got to her front door, he knocked but no one answered. So he tried again. After a few more knocks, he decided to use the spare key he knew they hid under a false rock in case of emergencies.
Upon entering their home, nothing looked out of place.
"Liv?!" he called out her name again, but still received no answer. So he made his way up the stairs in the direction of the master bedroom.
When he got there, the door was slightly ajar and he could hear silent sobbing coming from inside. He finally pushed the door open, revealing Liv's frame curled up on her side.
"Liv?" he asked softly, slowly stepping towards her.
"Go away, Elliot!" she sobbed. "I don't want you here!"
"Liv, I was worried about you," he said. Liv suddenly shot up, anger all over her face.
"Worried?" she seethed. "You were worried? Were you worried when you knocked on my door in the middle of the night, drunk off your ass, telling my husband about fucking me in a car?!" she was the now screaming. Elliot only looked on shocked when he noticed the state her face was in. She had a large bruise on the left side and a swollen lip.
"Liv, what happened to your face?" he asked, anger making him breathe heavily. She didn't try hiding it now.
"I guess you were right," she shrugged. "Carlisle did, after all, have that 'short fuse' that you've mentioned awhile back. A fuse that only you managed to alight."
"Liv, I'm sorry."
"I don't want your apologies, Elliot. You've got what you wanted, now get the hell out of my house!"
