Chapter 6: Back Together Again

Mettaton looked back at you. "Did you say something, dar-"

You interrupted him with a kiss on the lips. You missed this feeling, this amount of passion.

"Oh, darling~" Mettaton sang sweetly.

"I remember, Metta. I remember everything," you cheered happily.

"Y-you do?" Mettaton smiled as he started crying tears of joy. "Oh, I've missed you so much, gorgeous!"

You hugged Mettaton tightly as he gave you little kisses on your face. You giggled and snuggled closer to him.

"I'll never lose you ever ever again!" Mettaton stated.

"How did I forget everything anyway?" You asked still hugging him.

"Well...I don't know if you know about RESETs-"

"Ugh, it was Zachary, wasn't it," you groaned and held your head.

"Yeah, how did you know?" Mettaton asked you.

"I knew there was something...different or...off about him," you sighed. "He tried to tell me about this RESET thing, but I just thought he was crazy...those are real, huh?"

"Yeah, and it ruined my life," Mettaton growled.

"But the important thing now is that we're back together forever," you smiled and hugged him even closer.

"I love you, (y/n)," Mettaton kissed your forehead.

"I love you too, Mettaton," you lay your head on his chestplate.

After reuniting with your boyfriend, the two of you watched tv until the cake was finished. You were just cuddling and kissing. The timer went off and you started to get up to grab the cake, but Mettaton stopped you and got up instead. While he was gone, Napstablook returned.

"Oh......hello, (y/n), where's mettaton?" he asked.

"Hey, Napstablook, he's in the kitchen," you answered, "we're baking a cake together."

"But I did all of the work, darling," Mettaton whined.

"Ha, you wish, Metta," you laughed.

"But guess who got to lick the bowl!~"

"No!! Mettaton, I called dibs on the bowl!" you whined.

"Not I, darling," Mettaton handed the bowl to you.

"Yay!" you cheered. "Best boyfriend ever!!"

You licked the chocolate cake mix from the bowl and moaned in delight.

"so...the two of you are together again?" Napstablook asked with a little smile.

"I remembered everything," you stated.

"Yes, Blooky, isn't it great!?" Mettaton cheered.

"i'm so happy for you......i was a little worried that mettaton was going to be depressed forever," Napstablook smiled.

"Heh heh, yeah, I was a little...too dramatic about that," Mettaton blushed.

"Hey, it's fine, it just shows how much you love me," you smiled.

Suddenly, you felt a kick in your stomach.

"Oof!" You groaned and held your stomach.

"What's wrong?" Mettaton was instantly at your side.

"I felt a kick in my stomach," you said.

"You don't mean..."
