Despite all of the fans seeming to hate her, and all of the nasty rumors about her, Arzaylea was actually really sweet. She used "bitch" a lot when talking, but it was always in substitution for the word "girl" or "boy." Even after talking to her for ten minutes, she was the opposite of what everyone seemed to think.
We were all walking together and talking about our current favorite artists when I saw the sign ahead for Brandy Melville.
I model for them. I haven't told Michael. Cal and Ash stilled don't know. I'm fucking screwed if we go near it.
"Liv, what about you?" Calum asked.
"Huh?"
"Your favorite song right now?"
"Oh, Morning in America by Jon Bellion," I smiled.
"Who?" Michael wondered.
"Michael! Gordon! Clifford! We are not friends anymore," I joked, dropping the hand I was holding.
"We can listen to him later, okay?" Mikey grinned.
"We better."
"We will," he chuckled.
We were just coming upon the Brandy Melville. I caught Arz and Luke looking inside and at the posters in the windows. She was talking about how she got a jacket that she loved from there. Ashton started to turn his head to see what they were looking at.
"Ash! Who do you like right now? For music?" I quickly asked, making him snap his head back to me.
"I've been in a Paramore mood lately," he shrugged.
We passed the store without them seeing my face on one of the posters when it hit me.
Arzaylea knows that I'm Halcyon. She doesn't know that I'm the Olivia Tyler. I am screwed.

After The Grove, we all went back to the buses to hang out. Arz and Luke were in the back room probably making out, while the rest of us were listening to and critiquing my demo. I was going to meet with their producer, John Feldmen, and a few other important people from Hi or Hey Records today.
"This sounds really good, Olive," Calum smiled.
He had started calling me Olive while we were at The Grove. I took the olives off of my sandwich and Calum took notice. He thought it was a good nickname 'since its kind of like your name' even though I didn't exactly like it. Though, after a couple hours, it started to grow on me.
"Yeah," Ashton agreed. "You produced and wrote it all yourself?"
"Yup. All in my spare bedroom turned studio," I chuckled.
"It sounds perfectly professional," Michael grinned. "They'll love it."
"You sure?"
"Positive."
"Plus," Calum added, "it's our label. If we like you, they will too."
"Anyway, we are stuck in not only rush hour traffic in LA, but also construction traffic," Ashton announced. He was staring out the window at the highway, and the bus kept getting slower and slower until it came to a stop.
"Are you serious?!" I groaned.
"Sadly," he sighed.
"It's okay, more time to chill out," Mikey smiled, putting his hand on my thigh.
"Time to talk about stuff," Luke grinned, making me jump.
He and Arzaylea were standing in the kitchen area, out of my line of sight. When he spoke up, it kind of scared me.
"Talk about what? Is there something I don't know?" Michael asked. He had this disturbed and curious look on his face, I didn't like it one bit.
"He doesn't know?" Arz blurted out.
"You do?" I snapped back.
"I recognized you, and Luke told me," she shrugged.
"Luke knows something that I don't?" Michael growled, moving away from me.
"I didn't tell him. He figured it out."
"Figured what out?! And why does Arz recognize you? You wear a freaking mask!" Mike shouted.
"Look up Olivia Jo Tyler on Google," I sighed.
Michael grabbed his phone and started typing. Seconds later, his jaw dropped, and all eyes were on us.
"You're a model. And an actress. Your mom is a model and an actress. Your father is a retired American football player and now coaches his old team. You're famous. As Olivia, and as Halcyon," he read.
"Yeah," I nodded.
"Why didn't you tell me? I don't care if you're famous or not. I care that you're you," he sniffed.
"I didn't think you'd care. I thought you might be like the people I call friends. I thought you'd only pretend to like Olivia because of my family, just like most of the people in my life," I cried. "You liked me for my music and my personality. I wanted it to stay that way."
"I am not some name dropping gold digger, Livia. I got where I am by myself. Why the hell would I like you just because of your fucking parents?! We got along perfectly. Why would you ever, ever, think that I of all people would screw you over like that?!" He yelled.
By now, I was crying. I was a complete mess. My makeup was running and I could feel my wet cheeks and puffy eyes.
His friends were all speechless. Ashton had left the room, not wanting to be a part of this. Calum, Luke, and Arzaylea sat there in awe, just watching it all happen.
"I was scared," I muttered. "I was scared that you'd hate me because I didn't get famous by myself. My parents helped a lot with the modeling and the acting. I had few things handed to me and I didn't want you to think music was one of them. I fucked up. I'm sorry but I was scared. I was scared shitless that you would think I was one of those pop princesses with auto tune and them you'd hate me forever. Luke warned me and I still kept lying because I was scared."
"Do you not trust me, Olivia? After everything, do you not trust me?"
"Michael, that is not what I meant-"
"But it's what you said," he choked, getting up and walking towards his bunk.
I was left a crying mess with his bandmates and Arzaylea. I was scared again.
