I was flying back today, and I was supposed to be getting on a flight to LA, but I had different plans. I decided that surprising my boyfriend by going to Mexico City for the concert.

Luke and Calum were helping me get there without anyone knowing, and that was a bit tough with Thomas breathing down my neck.

"Liv, you've got all of your stuff? Passport, luggage, carry on, all of it?"

"All of it, Thomas. But, I'm not flying commercial, I'm flying with my mom on her jet."

"Are you sure, I don't seem to remember the two of you getting along."

"It'll be fine. Headphones in, I'll hide in the bathroom or back cabin if I need to," I smiled.

"Promise?"

"Yes, and thank you Thomas. I'll see you back in LA."

"See you," he waved off as I rushed towards the security that would lead me to my jet.

In fact, it was just my jet. My mom flew home earlier today, back to California. I, however, was flying to Mexico, and Luke and Calum were the only ones to know about it.

I landed at 3am, Mexico City time, and had some serious jet lag. Calum decided that it would be best if we weren't seen at the airport, so as soon as I left the gate, I rushed into the bathroom with my carry on to change.

I made myself look completely different. I started my streaming blue, pink, and purple hair chalk on all of my hair, and then throwing it up in an extremely messy bun. I pulled out and changed into:

which, technically, was one of my outfits for Halcyon, but it fit my emotional annoyed with everything teenager look. I heavily covered my face with the dark makeup in my Halcyon kit, and then made my way out of the bathroom and over to baggage claim.

My phone buzzed as I waited for my suitcase to appear at the beginning of line of luggage. It was Calum. He had texted me a picture of himself and Luke, and what they were wearing, including the sign they were holding that had my "name" on it. I couldn't help but laugh at the photo. The name on the sign was "Penny Trate" and their clothes were obnoxious. They had dressed up like two old ladies, and were nothing wearing wigs, skirts, glasses, makeup, and carrying purses. Luke was also wearing fuzzy purple slippers, and Calum also hadn't shaved and his wig was dreadlocks with green streaks throughout. I probably wouldn't have recognized them if it wasn't for the picture. I decided to take a picture of myself to send to them, and the reply that I got from Calum was "you look like an emo teen from 2007." I rolled my eyes at his reply, and finally my navy suitcases appeared on the baggage strip.

I slowly made my way through the airport, simultaneously looking through the crowd for my idiot friends and staring at my phone to avoid eye contact and attention that was being drawn to me.

I spotted Luke's purple slippers through the crowd, and seconds later Calum made eye contact with me. He grinned and shouted in an extremely high pitched voice, "PENNY TRATE! MY DARLING PENNY!!!"

I rolled my eyes and tried to hold back my laughter as I walked over to them with my head down avoiding the glares of everyone around me who was laughing at my "name."

Calum and Luke quickly wrapped me in a hug, and then Luke complained about my "dirty goth look" in a high pitched squeal as we walked towards the exit.

We made it to the car waiting for us within 15 minutes when it only should've taken us five, as Luke and Calum, or as they wanted me to call them Auntie Lucy and Aunty Callie, insisted that walking fast was too hard on their joints.

When we finally closed the car doors and the three of us squashed into the back seat, we burst into a fit of laughter.

"Penny Trate?" I giggled. "Penetrate!!!!"

"You like it?" Calum chuckled with a wide grin of laughter.

"I'm all for puns, but that was too far," I joked.

"Luke came up with it," Calum admitted.

"I try my best," Luke grinned.

"Okay, you two do look amazing though. Auntie Lucy and Auntie Callie definitely have their shit together."

"Arz did our makeup," Luke smiled.

"I can't wait to see her!!! Also, where am I staying tonight? The bus isn't an option, is it? Cause I know our plan was for me to surprise him at the concert, but I'd like it better if I was just lying in his bunk and then he came on the bus and found me and BAM there I am!"

Calum and Luke shared a grin, and then nodded to each other.

"We've got a better idea," Luke smirked.
